Thanks again Dr Jay! You have once again saved me time and money. After reading a long, dry article from Microsoft, that left my head spinning, I thought for sure I just burned 2/3 of my sending accounts. You’ve given me hope that I can mitigate my losses. I remain an advocate of your channel and knowledge.
The step-by-step explanation was clear and concise, making it easier for me to grasp the concepts. The insights shared about DNS records and domain setup were eye-opening for me. While I may need to watch the video again to fully grasp all the technical aspects, the practical tips provided were valuable.
Thank for your excellent explanation. You talked about 2 warmup services: instantly and warmy. In your opinion which is the best? the best for warm up a domain that send 1000 mail a week but only to mailing list (no cold emails). It is important to have 100% deliverability when you send emails to customers, but when the deliverability is let's say 96% because the emails of some customers (like the ones that have hotmail or outlook) the necessity to have the "best" warmup service it's essential. Thank you
Jay, I understand about not sending any HTML, or videos, or pictures in the first email, that's just too spammy. However, would you recommend sending any type of PDF attachment, like a flyer detailing benefits or services provided that you offer in the 1st email? Or would that be just too spammy as well and better to just wait for a positive response to a posed question in the 1st email before sending any attachment about more information? Thanks in advance!
Great stuff as always bud! Quick question... my email preview with Instantly is literally perfect 100/100, but the same email copy is rated "poor" in mailmeteor. Which one should I go by? Thanks!
Lets say I signed a client that works with a niche that has 10k leads as potential clients. This number of leads is enough to deliver my client results? Because to keep him for months, I would have to send a much lower quantity of emails per day.
Great question about GlockApps and Warmy-it can definitely get a little confusing. Here’s what I did to resolve the issue: GlockApps Test: I used GlockApps first to check my domain’s deliverability, focusing on whether my emails were hitting the inbox, spam, or promotions tab across different providers (Gmail, Outlook, etc.). Identified Issues with Outlook: The test showed that Outlook wasn’t delivering to the inbox, which flagged a problem with either the domain setup or the sender’s reputation. Transitioned to Warmy: To resolve this, I used Warmy’s warm-up tool. It’s great for improving deliverability by sending automatic, realistic-looking emails that simulate conversations. This helped rebuild my domain's reputation with Outlook specifically. The key was letting Warmy run for a few weeks to "train" Outlook to trust my domain. Once the warm-up process was complete, I re-tested with GlockApps and saw major improvements-my emails were finally landing in the inbox!
Can I use multiple sendening server and same “From email “ header and still land in inbox? or Should use different from email address for every sending server?
Okay, I plan to send manual emails to small companies, selling construction services around my area. My goal is to send 50-100 emails a day. My emails will consist of a subject with two words and a simple message: “Hi, Greet, and Question?” I want my recipients to receive these emails in their inboxes and read them. I am struggling to find strategies that match my approach, as most of the email strategies I find are very advanced. Where can I find tips and tricks compatible with my simple strategy?
Short, clear and to the point. Excellent video. A quick question for you, can I can warm-up my email accounts(MS) via cross emailing to my own domain email accounts? I have 4 domains from godaddy and on those 4 domains I do have 3 email inboxes each. Your reply would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
GlockApps can be somewhat limited when it comes to testing against Outlook due to the way Outlook handles email filtering and inbox placement, especially if you're referring to the unique email ID issue.
It sounds like you're encountering an error where the HELO command in your email system is failing to match the IP address. This typically occurs when there's a mismatch between the domain you are using in your HELO or EHLO command and the reverse DNS (PTR) record for the server's IP address. This could be a lot of different things causing this. I'd love to have you join my community and reach out for help there! link.lgjay.com/insiders-ytc
Hiii sir I am in a email marketing company and the sending smtp server a geting temporary defferd is there any reason the server are get td or the sending ips are also some time getting td also
It could be a variety of factors. But honestly I'd say just buy 10 domains, connect to Google Workspace, 3x email accounts per domain, 30 email accounts total. Warm them up in Instantly and start slow. 1 email per day then 2 then 3 etc. In 2 weeks you'll be ready to go, and will be getting 2-5% reply rates and closing deals!
Hey, thanks for watching and for the comment! The ID I was referring to was the ID from Glockapps (12:42) which I copied into the test email. This isn't something you would typically include in an actual cold email to prospects. So you don't have to worry about that when you're actually sending at scale. Hope I helped!
I am also very confused, I have an issue where my mail is being detected by spam only by outlook. I also put the ID in the email, but then I tested with a friends outlook and it is also going to spam. Have you got any advice?
@@conorjakemurphy9143 Outlook has been very temperamental lately, could be several things. @RedRumble14 1000% definitely worth following up with EVERYONE. They have a common saying: "The fortune is in the follow-up" Also for your showcase, focus on results that your thumbnails have brought. Focus on how many views they got before and how many views they got after. The actual thumbnails themselves are good to showcase too from a design perspective but people care more about what you can do for their view count on RUclips. This should be your strongest selling point. "By switching to my RUclips Thumbnails, X person increased their average views by 122%. And I'm confident we can do something similar for your videos." Use testimonials and social proof to convince them there is a high likelihood of success if they switch to you as a thumbnail artist.
