This was one of the best negotiation tips I got from the godfather of negotiation and former hostage negotiator Matthias Schranner. He runs the Negotiation Institute in Zurich and invited us to record a podcast with him. After that interview, we had the chance to ask him about the most important tips for any negotiation. You will need them no matter whether you negotiate with your life partner, kids, boss or any other situation that comes along.
New Work at it's best! It's all about the attitude...
Our videos and vlogs are about our journey to New Work. And since New Work is about the things that we really, really want to do it's an exciting journey that is nowhere near the end.

Can you PLEASE turn down the volume of the pointless music track??? All it does is make it harder to hear what the people are saying.

Hey John, I don't think the music is too annoying, but I'll check and will turn the music a bit down in feature videos! 😊 Have a great day! ✌🏼

@@marcelpetzold Dear MP: Thanks for your reply. If your vieweres are young and under the age of 40, for instacne,, then they probably don't notice since human hearing is more acute or complete at that age. I am not so young any more, but I like Christoph and Katinka and the people they interview and the ideas they discuss, but it's sometimes hard to hear. I also don't understand why we need a musical background in the first place. Music soundtracks in movies are to tell the audience what to feel - happy, sad, frightened, and so on. In an interview or discussion, do you need to control our emotions?

Hey John, it's not about controlling emotions! It's more about making the Video interesting! For every kind audience! I understand your problems and I try to make it less loud! :)

yes - the music does not add to the video.
The speakers' accent is a challenge to many in your audience and the music further complicates understanding of an interesting topic.
