- This video is based on a 10 year old post which is an oldie but goodie. The question if the telephone is the tool to go or something else. In my opinion, especially during times when it gets very emotional like these days, the telephone is the tool for world domination, if you want to get stuff done. This is the place to be. I think there is more potential to the phone then it seems at first sight.

Love the video glad to see someone really showing the benefits of using the phone as your main tool. Makes work so much more convenient and productive.
So simple life hacks, but hard to keep at times. Stroll in the park as morning routine (timely after school run) to unravel email pingpong. Pick up the phone when emailing does not go anywhere. Both worked quite well today.
It's hard. But worth it!

Absolutely agree, the time from idea to action is much shorter if conveyed, mouth to ear.
Do you think that Teams or hangouts etc, now mix the message, as they sit on both sides of the communication types. Will disciplines need to be more important on these new channels as we use them more.
Great video. I have a question, do you also use the phone for entertainment? As a novice entrepreneur and relatively young person, I have a problem because I also use the phone for RUclips, reddit browsing, social media etc. I also read e-books and listen to audiobooks on my phone. I have invested in the entire Apple ecosystem, but I find the iPad a missed purchase. Do you have any advice on how to deal with excessive phone use? I'm just thinking about removing apps that are bad for my productivity, have you had similar experiences?
