When I stopped drinking it was always what I thought I was missing. Now to start drinking would be the things I would miss because I’m drinking. Over 4 years sober, And tell the younger people to watch your journey. Congrats my friend 🎉

I was smashing the gym, eating right, seeing a counsellor, all was going well. But after a back injury at work i couldn't train. Since then things have started going downhill. Now i feel I've got a massive void in my life without drink. I used alcohol and drugs to escape and now i don't seem to get any enjoyment out of anything. All my mates are drinkers and now i feel isolated from everyone. I know i want to be sober but have you got any advice to deal with the boredom and emptiness that comes with it?
