Nice..... send out that block and head to get a steel piano wire ring cut into the head and block maybe just the block would be enough and a copper head gasket so it can the 60+psi in boost I love the fact that you found a insert for the block to be converted from open to closed. Don't for get to blue print all the internals to .001 of a gram to make it reliable at high end RPM... I'm impressed if I could leave Toronto and come down to check ya that would be sick! But I have to take care of the family 1st.... Keep it up love the channel keep the rips up...
For real blueprint the crank con rods and pistions. If you got the block after they did a insert and didn't hone it I would do that to make sure the bore is true. Plus you don't want it squeezing the piston at the top at 10,000rpm.
M3 differential final drive ratio numerically way too high. I run the MFactory helical LSD which is great for street. You need M3 rear sway bar also with adjustable links for both. You know Mahle has forged 9.3 forged Pistons? Very few LMB with saddle brown interior with DCT.

I’ve searched for step by step guides/tutorials to build an N54 engine but never found a video that provided enough detail for a beginner like myself with no experience to take on such project. But appreciate your comment. I’ll look into those ! I would love to have the skillset to build an N54
@@-Zabs 100 grand is g82 m4 price.. I’d rather just have a stock g82 m4 lol.. i mean i have a e92 335is in san marino blue as well but this is just insane! The owner must really love the chassis enough to drop a hundred grand in a 3 series thats not even an M

I have used BC in my e90 and absolutely love them. I have seen a few cases of kw starting to squeak so I stuck with BC

No reason to run over 21 psi with restricted flow stock head.

Oem motor mounts and new oem hpfp
335is motor mounts are heavy-duty and unique to the 335is.
