    Clearance have you ever experienced hemorrhoids from the high amount of squatting. I recently got them from squatting a lot I think. My diet is with fiber and I always try to focus on my breathing. Any one have any experience with this?

      Keep your pelvic floor contracted as you brace for the lift, make sure you are expelling some air as you ascend

    does any one know how long should i recover after patellar tendonitis injury, i mean should i wait until i dont feel pain at all then start exercising with body and then go back to lifting or i can wait until it heals a little and then start with bodyweight exercises. Because it is so hard to watch all these videos and just in home recovering that f'n injury

      In despite of my 150/165 kg Bodyweight and overfood etc etc i never exceed 145/200...but i beginn to late W-L at 22 years (after 9 years in P-L !!!!) My 145 snatch was in Split style loool and my clean was an horrible quarter squat ....lonely my jerk is beautiful. (Evidence than Bench press never give a bad jerk...its à legend)

      Most Chinese weightlifters start about 12, but some do start younger. You can start as young as you like because it's just more time to be learning the skill. The strength comes in the teens.
