    I've started weightlifting because of you. My max snatch so far is about 25 kg, lmao. Realising more nuances in your form now as I'm actually practicing a bit! Thanks master Clarence!

      How's your progress now? I tried to start weightlifting but actually slightly injured my shoulder doing a 40kg clean and jerk with shit form lol, and just like you my max snatch was 25kg.

    why do you stick your glutes into your posterior leg and push your knees out at the bottom of the squat? isn't this putting more tension on the patellar tendon?

    +clarence0 Your technique of paused squatting is very impressive and I do see the benefits. I also observe though that the butt is raising first on the way up, putting a large load on the lower back before it is compensated by the legs. I´d be very interested in your point on this. Wrong interpretation/observance from my side?

      He uses his glutes & hams to initiate the movement instead of quads...anyway that's my opinion I'm no weightlifting expert

      He does it because he had surgery on his knees, and still has pain in them. Doing so reduces shearing forces and weight on the knees when he comes out of the hole.

      because im told that this kind is only for pulls,they can get stuck and pull your shoulder if your elbow bends overhead,so we use only the others that don't hold your wrist

      Jose Figueroa I think he's working on his over head position indirectly working his jerk technique. He's been failing a lot more on his jerk for awhile so I think snatching indirectly helps it.
