- Ey up everyone, in this Fallout 76 CAMP Tutorial we're going to be building a simple log cabin in the woods in a water side CAMP location which gives a beautiful view. Even if you don't use this build for your own CAMP hopefully you'll gain some CAMP ideas or learn some tips and tricks you can use in you're own Fallout 76 CAMP build!

I really want to try this, convenient this vid ends up in my recommended as I've just started building a log cabin just up on a cliff overlooking this exact lake but am not too fond of it as I keep hearing this wierd metal sound but I'd love to try making this, looks like it'd be a pain as I don't have pressure plates or a flamethrower and Fallout 76 is strict when it comes to building.
Great little cabin. Haven't seen anyone use the log set in a while. I have a build I used it in that I'm recording right now. The log set is one of my favorites. Love the disclaimer about "stealing ideas". 🤣 Apparently you have to do that now. 🤣

I'ma build this on my alt character, good sh't👍on an off note though it's kinda complicated you can sink another brick fireplace into the foundation if you your not a fan of shrubs, but the only downside is if you sink it too far you'll have to separate the fireplace and foundation and redo it again... If it works out the end result looks fantastic imo

Hahaha the Enclave set is really niche though in literally have no idea what to do with it. I did make an imperial shuttle with it in my shelter but beside that im stuck for ideas

@@TNG76 I had an issue with one of my builds with two pieces of roof I could t remove but last night I thought back to one of ur vids and remembered how to correct the issue by changing them to flat boys and then it let me remove them 👍 thanks bro.
Cool build. Where can you get the string lights you used on the porch?
If you place down the pressure plate and grab it and move it it will be depressed and you don't have to use the mannequin

Is that the location near a spawn point? I have a temple that I built there, love coming back to my build only to find it being rampaged by super mutants or a Sheepsquatch lol!
Erm i didnt see anything spawn but was only here for an hour or twonso you could possibly be right on that one kpop!

Catwalks are literally their own bundle i think however i could be wrong been ages since i got them. You can also get the alien catwalks which do the same thing iirc as a separate item

Where can I find the log cabin porch foundations? I purchased the log cabin bundle and it only came with the walls and roofs 😅
The only foundations are porch ones iirc, should be under the flooring tab mate

I can't find the rocks the scenery isn't matching up... I'm at the huge lake but the rocks at the beginning aren't anywhere

Im not sure what you mean dude? You can use doorframe for a few tricks but not burning stuff 😂
@@TNG76 I mean to place tgem in the middle. I think I'll have to do the main questline up to the Free States. So dumb it's the only way to unlock traps...

"Simple Lakeside Log Cabin" yet nothing about this is simple. This is why I absolutely hate building in Fallout 76. I cannot think of a single game in which building a base is more tedious. Even the most basic little details require you to glitch the game, destroy and rebuild walls and roofs, buy items from the in-game shop to "trick" the game and spend an eternity trying to manually align an item that should've simply locked on by itself! These functions are SO common nowadays in ALL types of games in which you can build structures. It's been five years since release and Fallour 76 is still, by far the single worst building game I have ever had the displeasure of wasting my time on.
There is a barrier i cant get to that location
