Great band. I have two of their albums (first and last) and am looking to catch up on the others, I only got in to them last year. I ordered a cd off their site and got some nice extras, super cool and amazing personal touch...I think they perhaps don't get a lot of orders from New Zealand. Nice review as always, helps me to target which ones to pick up next. Cheers
Memoriam are a brilliant band! I'd definitely recommend checking out the middle 3 albums, some quality Death Metal there, certainly in Requiem For Mankind and To The End 🤘That is awesome that you got some cool additions in your order, that is always most welcome!

Aye mate, I was just thinking the other day when listening to some albums that recording and mix down can really make or break a album, regardless of the amazing music. Great review.
Absolutely it can, a band could write a killer album or track, but unless it is produced, mixed and mastered properly, then it is destined to suffer!

You got that spot on…. The production on that second album is terrible. Pretty much unlistenable for me
The production really does let The Silent Vigil down.... the songs are strong, but even strong songs suffer with production this poor!
