    Most of the video was fine but you missed the big change which sounds so innocuous but will be a gold mine for tenants. The combination of extending Awaab's law to private landlords, abolishing s21 will result in tenants being advised to make claims repeatedly about mould and inadequate ventilation (because it is too difficult for tenants to open a window) which the courts will then take into account to delay s8 evictions - and of course if tenants complain about a rent rise they will raise the mould and ventilation issues with the rent tribunals.

      So what tenants don’t realise at this moment in time is that of the evil landlord can’t afford to do some of these upgrades then the house will have to be sold and more likely a large multinational like blackrock will come in and buy the house and kick the tenants out because they can afford the biggest lawyers

      @@robinrdale8318there is a housing shortage in the uk and landlords who have been taking advantage of the system are being forced to pay it .
      If you buy a house to rent out and can’t afford the mortgage increase you could not afford the house in the first place.
      If you can’t afford to make it liveable then you can’t afford it
