She has made me cross, would love to say a few words to her.She is behaing like a spoiled 5 year old. Hope she see's this show and has her eyes opened to how awful her behaviour is
at 76 years old, I've seen a couple women like that one, she is frightening and definitely a me, me, me, me, me person - the guy is so happy to please her, but I'm guessing he'll eventually run off with the au pair - oops too much ??? who cares, she was irritating beyond words
You're talking about a woman with a young child who's willing to take on a property that needs to be redone from the ground upwards... or that's what they took on in the end. Let's uplift women.
@@fionajones8231 Wait, I thought women were stunning and brave, equal in every way? Why should their crap behavior be overlooked or even worse "uplifted"?
@@randychase305 I agree with you, behaviour shouldn't be overlooked. Women should uplift, motivate and encourage other women. Men and women aren't equal in every way. How good at you at giving birth? Check out Vanessa Williams versus Andy Murray. We aren't exactly the same. Vive la différence! Hugs.
Something else shocking besides Jacinta's rudeness to her husband: someone putting a house up for sale with a £650,000 price tag (back in 2016!) and not bothering to put away balloons, piles of clothing, and other assorted clutter.
I hope Marco's found his voice and his pants in that relationship! Jacinta is inconsiderate, she wants it her way or no way. Marco's along for the ride!
Marco’s wife is being unreasonable….he seems a bit frightened of her, he wants to keep the peace. She always wants HER way. Not a good omen for their marriage.
Loved the prank Kirsty played on Phil. Jacinto said she didn't like a house with front steps . haha you clearly see at the beginning, her house has stairs
*The show is called Location, Location, Location for a good reason.* I wouldn't have bought my house in a million years if it wasn't in this location. I wanted 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with an attached garage *on the water* in a safe area in central Florida. Due to my budget, I had to buy a fixer upper. I could've had a larger, nicer home 2 blocks away from the water.
Now that I've seen that part, I agree. She acknowledges that they both have expectations due to their childhood homes but she's effectively saying that she won't consider, won't even look at one that is like his, even though he has come the distance and is living in her country, not his own
Very happy for the two young women. That was a very good house. Jacinta is getting flamed, but I understand her feelings. I'm a city person through and through and would shrivel up and die in a suburban setting. I did feel bad for Marco though. He lived that huge house with the huge patch of land. What the two people wanted most was not reconcilable. With only one child yet, however, I'm not sure why they wanted five bedrooms unless they are planning to have many more children.
She is selfish if she cant think of his interest..would it kill her to go see the house...hope he dumps her soon ...the selfish person will always be putting herself first...get rid of her !!!
Keep in mind that they’re only with the couples for a few days. The likelihood of finding every single couple a house in that short amount of time is extremely low. Especially because deals can fall apart for any reason.
Good grief, Jacinta is a shrew. Shakespeare wrote that character right on the money. Only problem is Marco has not tamed her yet. Gracious that woman is ridiculous.
From the comments, I was expecting Jacinta to be awful but she wasn't. Sure, she could have at least gone inside the house but her husband also ignored that she clearly didn't want to live in that kind of area. And one of the reasons she likes their current area is that it's close to where he works, which means he's able to spend more time with his family instead of having a long commute.
Everyone is being really tough on Jacinta, but we see men on this show behave selfishly all the time. Jacinta’s built her support network & job after moving north for her husband. That she knows what her family needs is just realistic. What happened to “Happy Wife, Happy Life”? That huge house was out of her comfort area & would have been so tough on her freedom. I think we need to give her a break.
It seems like Jacinta was focused on being in one very specific area. House three was in an area close to her preferred area and she still wasn’t happy with the location. When you’re that focused on a specific location, then you need to make major sacrifices on the house or be prepared to rent to get what you want.
It looks like that everybody is a kook so an big kitchen is needed and want bars, cafees, restaurant, an a big room for entertaining! Is there nothing else in there lives?
My sincere hope is that before I leave the planet, I will actually see one of my beloved Location, etc. programs where NO ONE says "it TICKS all the boxes" - that is so cliche and not something I'd expect from the educated English people -
Marco needs to grow a pair, he's obviously under the thumb it's her way or the highway not an ideal recipe for a successful marriage. What about cpmpromise, give and take, respect? She spoilt the programme.
I have never been glued to a house hunt channel this much even when am miles away just to keep me happy. I just love this program
My number one addiction! (Even over chocolate).
Ohhhh that village house with a view. I understand it wasn’t for them but wow, it was excellent for me.
I couldn't help thinking about farmer spraying chemicals on their crop, and the noise of tractors and other machinery, also, not a very natural view
One of the very few times Phil had the easier house hunt. Very nice to see.
Even though it was an older episode I had not seen I liked it! Thank you Banijay!
The two young women got a great house, and £18,000 under the asking price! They will be very well placed for a future move. Lovely result.
19:12 that view is gorgeous, it looks just like the Windows desktop background
Jacinta is selfish and immature... God Grief She wouldnt even go in the 2nd house!!! Hubby seems very sweet - I wonder if they are still together?
Exactly ! a very very selfish bittchhh
And I bet she is the sort of person who always feels like she is a victim 😂
Doubtful.
She has made me cross, would love to say a few words to her.She is behaing like a spoiled 5 year old. Hope she see's this show and has her eyes opened to how awful her behaviour is
I can’t imagine refusing to look inside. It wouldn’t be a commitment to buy. Quite unkind to her husband’s feelings.
At least when you look you can see what you want or don’t want
Just let Jacinta go house hunting by herself. What her husband likes apparently doesn't even warrant a brief consideration.
Selfish.
That one women, We meant Me, Didnt care at all what he wanted.

I wonder if the man and woman are still married?
LMAO.
Thank you!
Thank you, lovely episode.
I am crazy about Kirsty and Phil! In this episode Phil has on red socks! How cool is this?
2024 You Phil and Kirstie are THE BEST REALTORS ever. If it's not one it's the other.Sheer Genius ❤❤...😊
They are not realtors - they are t.v. show hosts
what a shocker is Jacinta..ye gods, poor Australian husband, he's so lovely..
unnecessary

Marco, there's absolutely nothing about that thing worth putting up with ... Run, run fast.
I agree.

That joke on Phil was fabulous😂❤

Eek poor guy
The hallway's not big enough??!
I thought the very same thing!
I was going to write this exact comment!! Unpleasant woman. Her "pretend to look out at the sheep" comment grated on me too.
Her 17th century gowns dont fit.
All's well that ends well. Both couples got what they were looking for!
Winding Phil up made me laugh.
Loved the prank Kirsty played on Phil. Jacinto said she didn't like a house with front steps . haha you clearly see at the beginning, her house has stairs
The fact that the woman didn’t even want to look inside is just rude to me. She should at least give it a chance.
No, it's pointless looking inside if from the outside is so off-putting. Kirsty and Phil know if that happens to just walk on to the next 0property.
unbelievable

🙏Awesome.Thanks
That couple look like sisters!
I thought so too initially but they don’t look alike at all, just the same haircut, same clothing style, mannerisms, etc
It’s really only the hair, which can be easily changed.
Isn't it funny, I always think that blonds all look alike...
Most definitely their similar hairstyle kind of cracked me up. They were a lovely couple and did have some vision.
WTF? " The hallway's not big enough"???
Yeah nuts
Very happy for the two young women. That was a very good house.

Nice episode
Olivia and Amy look like sisters. Jucinta needs to learn proper manners.
She is selfish if she cant think of his interest..would it kill her to go see the house...hope he dumps her soon ...the selfish person will always be putting herself first...get rid of her !!!
SO agree..what a shocker and plain, too...
New moms rarely look like super models
I can understand about not liking steps but if it's ONLY THREE , that I can live with. IJS
Exactly! I got a good chuckle from that!
Not even going in and taking a look is so narrow.Minded and so rude to your partner
And why does a bedroom needs a view?
Its for sleeping!!
It appears some people aren't really that interested in actually moving, but seem to just want their time on TV. Sigh.
Keep in mind that they’re only with the couples for a few days. The likelihood of finding every single couple a house in that short amount of time is extremely low. Especially because deals can fall apart for any reason.
How heartbreaking that Jacinta wouldn't even go into the 2nd house.
Good grief, Jacinta is a shrew.

Ticking the boxes, the wow factor - give it a rest with the cliches. Please.
The two woman look so alike
the timperly neighborhood is so 'keeping up appearances'

You are saying what he wants does not matter Its all she wants in my world that is called selfish
Jacinta is not a nice person deep down.
Jacinta needs to grow up and it was so rude of her not even going into the second house.
Everyone is being really tough on Jacinta, but we see men on this show behave selfishly all the time. Jacinta’s built her support network & job after moving north for her husband. New motherhood is isolating
Kirsty's got to work on her poker face. :D
TFS
Is Phil really talking to human?
My sincere hope is that before I leave the planet, I will actually see one of my beloved Location, etc. programs where NO ONE says "it TICKS all the boxes" - that is so cliche and not something I'd expect from the educated English people -
😂
Who said English people were educated? They’re just ordinary
I quite agree, that term is becoming very tiresome.
Marco needs to grow a pair, he's obviously under the thumb it's her way or the highway not an ideal recipe for a successful marriage. What about cpmpromise, give and take, respect? She spoilt the programme.
Jacinta is insufferable
Kirsty’s scarf adds nothing. Maybe warmth🤔
And her belt did not go with her dress this time.
😂 I did wonder about that belt with that dress
I literally don't remember a scarf at all but...
Kirstie often “hides” behind a scarf- especially when she was at her biggest
@@wendykarle3114Kirstie wore a maroon scarf at the beginning, sitting on the garden edge. Always better to check before commenting…
