Technics SL-PG460A cd player skipping fixed

This is how i fixed mine. May sound radical but it's an old player not worth much so not much to lose. It worked for me.

Supposed to use solicone grease on moving parts be interesting to know how long your fix lasts

WD-40 is not a lubricant.
