- Ariana Grande and Victoria Justice has a beef (Victorious)
- Lea Michele and Naya Rivera (Glee)
- Janet Hubert and Will Smith have a feud (The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air)
Those are the conflicts that happened in the shows that i personally know. There're so many more.

according to the book on The Office, the hysterical laughing shown in these scene's outtakes was just the tip of the iceberg and shooting the scene went on for hours and hours because no one on set could stop laughing

Michael isn‘t actually proud of the TV. This scene is meant to show (like countless others in this episode), that Michael and Jan have a toxic relationship. Jan clearly didn‘t allow Michael a normal-sized TV, so they „compromised“ on this laughable joke of a TV. Which, of course, means that Jan got her way and keeps Michael on a leash. But Michael doesn‘t want to admit defeat, especially not in front of Jim and Pam whose opinions he values. So he acts like he wanted the tiny TV all along, as to not give Jan that „win“.
The visual comedy of a tiny TV needing to fold into the wall to give room is the cherry on top.
THAT‘S what a real analysis is, my dude.

I think I read somewhere that John had to look away because he was trying not to laugh and that caught him off guard which is why Jenna also laughed. Lol one of the funniest bloopers for sure

Okay I don't know if it's just me, but watching Angela Kinsey break her character is so refreshing because Angela Martin is such a stuck-up woman and seeing that Kinsey isn't just reinforces my love for the cast. Same with Rainn and B.J.
Have you listened to the Office Ladies Podcast with her & Jenna Fischer? She's so bubbly and funny and sweet!
Her character is just the total opposite of her real personality. It's almost mind-blowing how she deals with that.
On her podcast, she actually talks about her audition.
They asked her to do an Angela scene. She had to play it.. like.. well.. Office Angela. And she was told she was doing too much/too upbeat. So she said she did it again with zero emotion.
They said "can you go even less?"
And she literally did it the way she does it on the show and they're like "ok that's good"
She said she then thought she totally blew it when they said that lol

On the Office Ladies podcast, Jenna Fischer said the scene at 5:15 was probably the one where John Krasinski broke the most. Every time Michael pushed his little TV into the wall he would just bust out laughing .

Hearing the actor for Kevin Malone's real voice was like slipping into an alternate reality for a second.
It’s always weird listening to the commentaries on the DVD’s when he’s a part of them. I’m always like “Whose voice is that? Oh yeah- that’s Kevin.”
It's kinda there in Seasons 1 and 2. Once Season 3 hit, Kevin's voice changed more drastically

If you listen to the podcast “office deep dives” Brian baumgardener talks about how she was constantly breaking and how she was also the “beating heart” of the show.

Well I'm sure it can get frustrating if you keep having to do another take because someone keeps laughing. Have heard of actors flipping out on set because of constantly having to do the same scene over and over.
I have done radio and I definitely know the frustration of messing up a take, where everything was going smoothly until a minor hiccup ruins the whole thing. At least with radio it is only my voice and not a whole physical performance.

If the producers of The Office US had had unlimited time and money to find the perfect person to play each and every role, I don't think they could've found a better person to play Dwight. Rainn Wilson gave such a good performance as Dwight that, to me, his face doesn't look quite right without those aviator glasses.
