Acute hospital care nursing requires extensive knowledge and much higher skill level and therefore the pay is much higher.Nursing is a profession built on caring science and requires critical thinking and a compassionate mindset.Home care nursing is appropriate career for nursing assistants.
How much they charge a month from the clients. Does the German government contribute a portion of their bill. I had 2 old age homes in Florida. Total capacity was 130 beds. I had people from Germany as my residents. Kerala need more old age homes for our senior citizens.
Economic prosperity, education and less population are the key. What people see back home is pathetic in all the above cases. So I can’t find fault with the notion, of course father you can educate and brought more willing and dedicated youth to these places so that your help shortage can be lessened also some economic relief for the families back home too.
