- House Delaque, the sneakiest and trench-coatiest of all gangs, can be tricky for new players to use in Necromunda. This is my take on how to play the sinister fellas, and will have you wearing dark clothing and grabbing your web gauntlets in no time!

Has your view of psychic powers changed with the Outcast book?
There is an FAQ somewhere stating that Delaque need to start with powers only from their own book, so for the purposes of starting gangs, it doesn't change my opinion at all.
You might be able to put together a gang with multiple psychers and work towards getting some stronger powers as you level up but that sort of build is something to experiment with yourself once you've got a feel for the game, campaigns, etc.
If you wanted to go heavy on psi powers from the Outcast book, an Outcast gang, a Helot cult, a GSC gang, or similar would be my recommendation.
Nacht Ghuls can't take stub guns can they? They aren't in the book anyway, I wanted to put them on mine but had to put auto pistols on instead.
This didn't work now I'm covered in gloss varnish. Ive been dee'lacquered.
