    Hi di your video was helpful can you please tell me your 12th board grades...like sorry if you want to keep it private but can you please just give a estimate?

    • @MamathaShastri544

      No problem! I got 88% in CBSE Grade 12 (commerce stream). My offer from Durham University only considered top 4 subjects so my final percentage to them was 92.4%.
      Hope this helps!

    heyy, what was your lnat score also i am in the same process too for writing the personal statement so could you guide towards it

    • @MamathaShastri544
      @MamathaShastri544  Месяц назад

      Using the ABC method is very helpful! Make sure you answer three questions throughout your statement - why law? why in the UK universities? why you?
      As for my LNAT score - it was below the average score for that year (I think I scored 18 when the average was 22). However, I still got offers from every university. I believe this was because my essay section was stronger than the MCQ section.
      Good luck!!

      also could you tell more about the section b of lnat in which we have to write an essay on the topic chosen by us

    • @MamathaShastri544
      @MamathaShastri544  Месяц назад

      In Section B of the LNAT you are expected to write a maximum of 750 words (ideally between 500-600) in 40 minutes. You will be given a choice between 3-4 essay topics and you will not be allowed to use spellcheck. Although this part is ungraded, your selected Universities will be able to read it so practice sample essays before you go! Do timed practice tests without spellcheck.

    Your videos are really helpful. do u mind telling me what resources you used to
    prepare for lnat?

      Hi! Thank you so much for watching and subscribing, means a ton.
      To prepare for the LNAT exam, I did as many free LNAT multiple choice mock tests as I could find online. Arbitio is considered the best resource for prep but I found it too pricey. Amazon has some great books with thousands of multiple choice questions. For the essay section, I tried to write 2-3 essays per day using prompts from free websites online & the LNAT website itself.
      Hope this helps! Good luck :)

      im really sorry for disturbing but i wanted to ask how you got internship experience? I have been searching for many but they all are very pricey and want college students , there was this one where they were accepting high school students for law internship but the fee was 82k

      WHAT?!!! internships aren’t supposed to be paid for😭 law internships at firms are pretty hard to get but keep an eye out on LinkedIn. Most of my internships were for media companies creating content ; I usually found them through Instagram and applied. Unis are not expecting prior work experience in law at all so any work experience where you get paid, you can add on UCAS. Try to link it to law in your personal statement like I said
