my dad has a red 1967 RS Convertible and I love listening to it when he opens it up! this car is no different! it's a real screamer!! If I was to get one, it would be a black convertible with red hood accents, red Interior with the Structra lighting, red seat belts. black top. 2SS fully loaded. that would be my dream Camaro!
i wanna see you review the zl1 1le sooooo bad! i love the way you drive, it literally has me jumping in my seat it gets me so excited! this video and the scat videos are my favorite. amazing channel
Sounds awesome. I’ve heard the new platform is a blast to drive. Much better than the previous Camaro. Both it and the 2018-19 Mustang GT are just so good now.
I loved my Camaro but traded it for a 392 Scatpack Charger. I just could never see out of it which made it a hassle to drive, which was a chore. I had to replace the two front wheels after curbing them so many times. If they ever redesign this with better visibility I would definitely buy one.
Should’ve used side view mirrors to see. I’ve been able to by no problem. Many sport cars suck at visibility because purposely shaping the aerodynamics compromises visibility. Ask a professional race car driver lol
Rob Sampson to me it feels just as fast but doesn’t handle as well, because the Charger is so damn heavy. The ZF eight speed is wonderful, but I do miss driving a manual transmission. At least I can see out of it and plenty of room even though I don’t have any kids.
@@MrSupersaiyangoku I understand but the windows in the camaro is so small. It's so hard to place where the wheels are regardless if you look at the mirrors or not. My wife has a mustang and it's like night and day when it comes to visibility between the Mustang and the Camaro I had the last generation and the current generation and visibility still sucks. Only if the windows were larger. Eventually you get use to it but it's still a chore to drive comfortably. Between the blind spots, high hood lines and narrow angles to see the road and the corners and its cave like interior.
717 flyer I definitely agree about the visibility! When I test drove the Camaro I felt like I was in a bunker and even with blind spot monitoring I felt I was sometimes still "guessing" when I would move over on the highway. I also drove the 392 Challenger and Charger 392 back to back months ago and they seemed like better daily drivers. I recently test drove a G80 5.0 and was also impressed, all it needed was exhaust. I don't even know what I want haha.
Having withdrawls from my 1LE and only been 2 months. 4 more months until summer again! Im glad this guy drives it respectfully but yet showcasing how well made these camaros are.
Because Ford now puts plastic oil pans and transmission pans on their Mustang GT, I too would look at the Camaro instead. I currently have a Mustang V-6 so I'm no hatter on Ford. I understand the Ford Raptor pickup had a plastic oil pan for a time. But due to leaks, Ford went back to using metal pans on it.
One of these with an auto tranny is selling at a dealer near me for about $41,000. The dealer discounted it down from about $44,000 because it's a 2018 and they want to move it. That orange interior looks good. However, I learned my lesson about having a vehicle with a light-colored interior. Good luck keeping it clean.
