They used to change the whole middle chassi which is comes along with the display, that's why you felt the change in the hinge.

Being a Samsung employee If you completely remove the screen protector from any flip or fold phone, they will consider your phone in out of warranty, so don't remove the screen protector by yourself

But what if comes off completely..cos mine had peeled of a little near the fipl or fold area and then i droped the phone in water since water entered the whole thing came off at once...and now they say they dont cover it under warrenty...plz suggest me any idea to get this covered under warrenty cos its still in EMi bro..please help me brotha...
Sanchit bhai they don't even need to check whenever you're shooting in service center, in every video you break the phones intentionally so they don't even need to Check that 😂
I recently got my S21 FE 888 repaired from a service centre in Lucknow .
It was motherboard issue I was not getting any network in it. As it bought it on Diwali and it was under warranty with no physical or water damege so they repaired it for free.
Surprisingly they fixed the whole issue in 2 days and the phone was good as new.
Did they charge any processing fee for it?

The way you ripped that screen guard with blade, it was very obvious that it has been done intentionally. You should've just pulled it from the edges and keep the screen guard on.
for anyone wondering about the fold screen replacement here is my experience
basically I bought fold 4 in Jan 2023 and within 6 months of using the fold the inner screen of the fold stopped working completely even though I did not dropped the fold within 6 months of usage practically babyed the fold but still this issue came so I went to the service centre the next day to show the phone they saw the issue and told me they will have to keep the fold for 2-3 weeks and they returned my sim card and told me to back up your data if you have any as the phone will be restored to the factory setting and then I got a call from samsung in 5 days they told me that your fold has a manufacturing defect.
so it was covered under warranty and it took like 1 month for my fold to get fix because when inner screen of fold is changed they also changed the battery of the fold so you get an added advantage of a new battery. The only drawback is they took about 1 Month to fix such a premium phone of samsung.

I had Flip 4 and the hinge out of blue got stuck. I went to the service center. They took in the phone. They repaired the phone under warranty, they basically changed the entire chasis and the batteries. The only thing from the old phone was the outer display, glass panel and the motherboard. Everything else, including batteries were new.

When iphone is charging people freaking 35k just for the back.... Why can't samsung do it for the display?
For me, if a company is making innovation in the industry and taking risk then I'm definitely going to support it. It basically boils down to the fact as to what they are charging you for. Foldable displays are no joke and repairing them will cost you... So I will say that the company did a right thing.

instead of removing it completely, you should have just removed it partially, and told them it is coming out on it's own.
Removing completely is so obvious that you deliberately did that.
Anyone could tell that and void the warranty.
It would be better if you come to small cities where there's a barely a service centre of any brand and check your experience there. Trust me you will be surprise to see how lazy and pathetic those big brand's serive centres are!!

I had a samsung phone and it fell in water, I took it to local shop and that guy said it can be repaired for 2000 rs but still I went to samsung and they clearly said it cannot be repaired, so to avoid confusion I took it to another shop and they said it cannot be repaired. So point I am trying to make here is that samsung was hones with me. Also my other phone LG Nexus fell in water along with this but those guys repaired it for 2500rs and stopped working in one month😢😢 and no warranty on service. Proud samsung owner

I would suggest you apple in ear earphones , they are best in quality up to 3-4k , best mic / best audio , trust me I have used so many wired earphones and headphones no one can match apples quality.

@@hrushimore3329 Yes, but there is two type of display replacements, one is with frame and one is without frame.
Without frame display cost ₹10k. And With frame display cost ₹15k for Galaxy S23+.

I bought a phone in Hoi chi minh city Vietnam on 15th June 2024 in the store.
On 10th July, I saw a black line and later phone stopped working. There is no physical damage.
Samsung customer service in India verified and It is a defective piece.
Store where I purchased phone said international warranty works and I am in India now. I went to the Samsung Customer service center and they said warranty is not covered for the product here
Please let me know how can we resolve this as it's not even a month I bought the phone.
Attached photos of the receipt and phone.
The Samsung India site shows that there is warranty but why is that everybody declining that there is no warranty for my mobile.

Samsung doesn't have International warranty. Do not buy Samsung, especially the flip and fold.
I have Samsung galaxy book pro 2 (360). Somehow i broke my screen and it took me 10 escalation mails to arrnage a new a screen also none of the Samsung service centre are capable enough for repairing the laptop. They have horrible service for atleast laptop. Please avoid Samsung laptop. I can vouch for that

I bought my zflip 5 and 1 month after screen stopped working. Here in my country the cost of repairing this is about $500 its crazy this fkn phone i hate it.
Only Samsung phone service is good... BUT , it's TV repair is the WORST Service i ever received, because my tv(RS. 60k) was under warrenty and purchase krne ke 4 -5 mahine baad uski screen me kuch problem ho gyi thee aur wo tv on he nhi ho rhi thee fir humne service centre call kiya alge din tv le gaye and 2 mahine baad waps mili kam se kam 100 baar call kiya kayi GAALIYA di tab jakr wo repair hoke aayi BUT fir uske remote me problem hone lagi to unhone bola ki remote 3-4 din me deliver ho jayega aur wo 3 din me service centre aa gya aur 1 mahine tak me roz call krta tha ki aaj deliver Kara do , to wo bolte thae haa sir ho jayega.... But kabhi nhi hota tha.... Fir mene 1 din subha se call krna chalu kiya aur bharr bharr kr gaaliya diii, aur harr 1 ghante me call krta rha tab jakr unhone deliver ki... 😢
