    Mai kisi company me 6 sal se kam kr rha hu waha hr sal-2 sal pe contract change hota rhta h to last year Maine jis contract me kam kiya mere 8.5 months hue the aur maine company se resign kr diya unhone mjhe utne din ka payment aur bonus diya but leave balance nhi diya bole leave k paise k liye apke 240 din pure nhi hue h kya aap bta skte h resign krne pe v ye rule lagu rhta h ya is conditions me mjhe mera leave balance milna chahiye

    Sir, irregular payments ki vajah se employees job nahi karta hai usake 7-8 months ki salari pending hai, use terminate bhi nahi kiya jata, nahi employee ne resign kiya but company usi ke nam ko lekar muster per sign karti hai . Ab vah employee resign karna chahata hai aur use pending money ki demand rakhi hai , job ke muster per use present bataya hai to use vah paise ka demand karna chahiye kya

      Agar really duty ki he to ush period ka demand kar sakte he, agar company ne kisi vajah se present laga rakhi he to wah dubara bhi change kar sakte he. Agar ush period ka pf deduction hua he or aap ke uan passbook me jama hua he to use aadhar batakar salary demand kar sakte he

    Sir fnf se related query hai mera notice period na 2 months ka tha as per offer letter but ab waha project ramdown ho rha hai to unhone kaha ki ap 1 month ka bhi serve kr skte ho to mene one month serve kiya or leave kr diya

    Sir I resigned company after working 4yrs and re joined after 2 months...then worked for 4 yrs then resigned... company paid my latest 4 yrs settlement... when I asked what about my previous 4 yrs settlement amount then they denied to pay and told me it's too late for settlement and legally I can't claim.. please guide

      First thing need to check as they continued the same E. Code/pf no. ect. after 4 years gap. If yes then settlement for entire 8 years. And if not then you can write a letter to HR & cc to management in a request form to settle previous employment dues. See, this all are ethics of company. If company is good then they will consider your matter but you have to convince them in professional way. But yes it's too late because already 4 to 5 financial year closed

    Most company dont pay leaves & DA and calculation done on last month days of working example last month out of 26 days you worked for maximaum 15 days only they will calculate every thing including basic & gratuty on 15days only but why ?

    Ek confusion he . Mere frnd ka FNF credit ho gaya after 45;days. Ok but uske 6 months baad bhi ek salary se jyada ka amount uske account me credit hua tha to wo uska hi hoga k by mistake company se credit hua hoga. I hop u will reply

    Mere father ki age 58 ho chuki h,Agr company ne pichle 11 saal se bonus and EL/PL ka paisa nai diya h to kyaa hum puraa 11 saal k paiso k liye claim kr sakte hain yaa fir bass last year kaa hi amount milega. Sir Plz reply

      EL/PL ka hisab to jab company chodte he tabhi hota he, yani ki EL/PL to Puri service ki jitni bachi he utni Puri milegi. Lekin Bonus to employees ko har saal milta he wah agle saal ke liye postponed nahi hota he.

    aapne ye nahi bataya ki actually kya cheej deduct hogi and kya add hogi? also agar koi private employee ho to use koi DA nahi milta. Koi notice period serve na kare to kya kya deductions honge ye v nahi bataya. incomplete video.

      How many days of your Notice Period ? Generally it is 30 days. If you worked 22 days, then may be they deducted for 8 days from basis salary.

      Aap resign mat daliye or unhe kahiye ki aap mujhe terminate kardo. Wo legal complications se bachne ke liye terminate nahi karenge. Phir aap unse apne notice period or F&F ke baare me baat kariye kyonki eshi company me continue karne se koi matlab nahi he

    sir i used to work in bajaj finance but due to misbehaviour of the manager i had to leave the job and i didn't even serve the notice period so what should i do to get full final .

      Talk to them for full & final payment. May be they will ask for notice period salary in place of notice period serve. Calculate your all the benefits earning & deduction and proceed further

    Sir, My notice period was completed on 31st March 2022, but the company has not given my pending salary and Full and final settlement. Even my employer not responding to emails about delivering the relieving certificate, and experience certificate. what to do? and what is the time period to file any legal complaint.

    So F&F STATEMENT they are eligible to get gratutiy right? based on Gratuity ACT 1972.

      Gratuity is paid even I have 2.3 years in company and being higest performer in entire Team. Please help let me know what should I do get my gratuity which was part of my CTC and it's deducted around 900 rs every months.
