    Key takeaways-
    1) Your manger is not your friend, stop relying on them for emotional or moral support
    2) Learn to say no, and prioritise you mental and physical well being .

I recommended the same mail technique to my friend. He just made everybody accountable officially and some cannot tolerate these kind of things happening from my friend.
Eventually his mails also got visibility from upper hierarchy.
He just changed the entire game positively and many people appreciated him for his drastic change.

    Don't trust anyone in corporate.

Good video Pavan . I like the way you explain it. Most of the incidents happened to me as well. I got around 15 years of experience and currently in US still i see lot of politics in day to day life. One thing i believe is we need to safe guard ourselves always keep yourself upgraded otherwise We can become scapegoat.

as you ask your manager what are the good things I have done? Very likely, your manager will say "I don't know, why don't you tell me?". Due to different level of positions, the good things your manager thinks may not match what you think.

That also self center. If you ask me that twice , I tell you., you should know if you’re productive or not, and that is require of your job duties you are pay for.
