I guess this one has been disassembled before.. Apparently some tape around the barrel (to secure better the outer barrel) already in this video.. I actually installed a completely new screw thru both aluminium body blocks just underneath the barrel on my own P226. The outer barrel is clamped now much tighter. No idea why it lacked a screw right there, since some other models do have a screw just underneath the barrel. A design flaw on my his particular model imo. This P226 was probably my crappiest pellet blowback airpistol as new. But now it sure is badass.
Hi, yes indeed, I also secured the outer barrel with adhesive, by following a tutorial found on the net. For the screw under the barrel, I would have to check mine ... Concerning accuracy, I am surprisingly better grouping with bb's than pellets But overall it remains a rather reliable replica
@@bentheairgunner Yea. Sure has been a reliable one for me also. Never had any jams nor issues with the magazine. Has worked overall well. I do like these 8+8 rotary stickmagazines. @@sorenbaek9626 Yes. With these type of pistols (which only has very short rails at the rear, and the front is only secured by being wrapped around the barrel) it is very common.
Hi, in more than 4 years that I have had this airgun, I have not encountered any serious problems. The only thing I corrected is to improve the barrel attachment (there are tutorials on the web that explain it well). As for spare parts, I've never really looked for them, since so far I haven't needed to change some.
Hi, thank you! I don't really know the x-five, but it depends if it's pellet or BB's version: for pellet one, I think it's pretty much the same process. For the BB's version, it's easier, the barrel/slide assembly separates like on the real steel P226

@@bentheairgunner thank you appreciate that. How long have you had the Sigg P226 for I just ordered one any problems with it? How many rounds have you put through it
@@shaunsunderland7223 Hi, i've got it for 4 years now, and still work well. No really problem with it, seems to be quiet reliable. Don't really know how many rounds, my replicas are 40% using it and 60% for collection :) But i use this one generally once a month
Hello. I have never completely disassembled it because I never had the need to do so. If you want to completely disassemble, that means dismantling the trigger block parts: only if you have a problem with that. Otherwise no need to disassemble, just spray a little bit of silicone oil.
Hi, never had this problem.. So i think you have to desassemble a little more to have access to magazine. 1) After removing the grip plates, you have to remove the safety lever (be careful to not lose the little spring) 2) remove the 2 pins and so you can remove the entire trigger block See my picture with the link below i.servimg.com/u/f90/20/03/01/53/tuto_d10.jpg
Hi, normally this small part should slide freely. If she doesn't fall, she's probably stuck, not knowing why.... You can try to lower it by pushing it with a small stick through the pin hole
