How are the dogs getting into that yard if no one is living there? You could call animal control and have them taken. It's dangerous for dogs to be wandering the neighborhood.
The carport isn't fenced off. The dogs have collars and live nearby. However we do have leash law in town and if they become a threat then I could call Animal control.
