I would just like to say that for hormonal acne, girls exercise 3-5 time a week and maintain a good hygiene :) I had it really bad but exercise cheers it all. And of course, stay away sugar and over the top oily foods.
Everything she says is true and helpful if you already have a good health, and it's only the external factors that cause your skin problems, like pollution, makeup, fungus, cream that clogs the pores. etc. I used to suffer from acne and I tried this advice and I realized that my body was having deeper issues that were surfacing. My adrenals were low, my kidneys were not so great and I was not exercising either. The fungus problem that she mentions can also be aggravated if your pancreas is weak or your adrenals are weak. Only after I fixed my health, I could apply her advice and actually get results. For example, when I was unhealthy, all the creams, even the most natural were going to cause acne. Now, my health is good, so if I use a non-comedogenic cream then my skin is clearer as well. But the hard work in my case was my health, I used the advice of a naturalistic doctor and I fixed most of my issues.

i struggled with chest and back acne from the age 12 until 15. it was an emotional thing for me because i never got to wear lowcut shirts, or showed my back. A couple months ago i started using Dial body washes and one of those long brushes with bristles to wash with and now, I only have about 2% body acne so i definitely recommend that drugstore product to anyone with oily skin on their backs, arms, chest etc and especially ones that have body acne. they work great and gave me enough confidence to now wear a bikini, and even low cut shirts in front/back! hope i could help anyone ❤
I have acnes all over my face (all over my face does not mean in a large amount, just about 6-7 on cheeks, 0-1 on chin, 3-4 on foreheadand 2-3 between the eyebrows) but know there are only traces of them left like scars

Cut the sugar, don't be stressed, don't put ANY soap on ur face! And also, if you don't want scarring then stop popping them! Put a warm washcloth on the pimple. Good day!
if it's like a small red bumps it's most probably is keratosis pilaris , which basically a genetic disorder and we don't have a complete treatment in medicine , so we treat it by applying coconut oil and keeping it moist most of the time and lotion shud b containing vitamin E, urea n salicylic acid :)

I started breaking out after I got the depo shot. I get like 2 'pimples' a year. my t-zone is dry most of the time (especially my nose) while the rest of my face is "normal." I don't even wear foundation. I rarely need sunscreen. I've burned like 4 times in my life and every time it's been a first degree or less burn. I peel one or 2 days later with a first degree and I peel like a week later or not all with anything below that. within the last 6 years, it's probably been about 3 I seemed to developed rosacea. I remember the day when my cheeks flushed this bright pink ish red and before they were a light pink, almost impossible to notice and they've since looked like I blush 24/7. There's also 3 red spots on my left cheek and 1 on my right. it's not acne and that's one sign of rosacea.

Happens when you don't wash shampoo of your back as it can clog pores when flowing down your hair.. My dermatologist told.. :)
