here is something little about YUSMARGThis tiny yet charming hill station, is generally not on the tourist map. At an altitude of around 2400 m, and about 50 km from Srinagar , Yousmarg can be a perfect place to embrace calm and tranquility. It is believed that Jesus had spent some time here and thats how this place got its name “Yusmarg", which literally translates into the “Meadow of Christ”.
At Yousmarg, the Tribe homestay is an amazing find. Located in a rather remote but easily accessible area, this rustic homestay is a piece of art. Personally designed by the owner Uzair, the whole place is built using upcycled materials like tree branches, bark, pine cones, trunk pieces, and old cabinets. With its antique vibes and atmosphere, it is evident that Uzair has put his heart and soul into building this beautiful oasis in this remote village
