Ohh sweet summer children. While I agree that people should be hired for their talent and ability to do the job. I have seen a company not fire a woman even though the work was far beyond her ability, having to go through the new hire training 5 times and still not getting it. I have also seen people that would go out of their way to not hire people of color, or if they do to never promote them. I am against reparations for 'slavery' in general, mainly because no one alive today was a slave. It will take at least another 20-60 years before some form of balance begins.

Of the subject but honestly without hate or picking a fight ask the guy that had to cut his arm off in thst cave or what not he had to cut his arm off or die so you at times have to go back to your animal instinct or die truth. Your in the woods and get hurt alone turns bad real quick you better pull thst inner strength out is all I'm saying. Cody and Joe in the artic seen Cody go threw some hard stuff but he tapped out in the artic he knew he was in a world of hurt if he didn't pull that strength out truth is truth but not fighting or arguing just honest things go bad at times and you have to be your own hero. Don't matter if or man or woman or color. As said not aaying nothing bad about faith religion gender race in bad situations you better work together or die together in bad times in bad situations. Just a real life scenario is life or death not fighting but is that simple. Just simply saying in a bad time life or death has no collage degree or gender race religion barrier. Then knowing whrn to cut the rope got 2 or 3 people fighting best to say hey you guys figure ot out but im moving on and foward god luck ssd but true.
