Very informative video! How far is it from the La Posa South entrance to the post office via your route? Planning to come their in January for the first time. Your videos are very helpful!
Definitely an interest of mine as I plan to do the very same thing when I spend next winter there. Out of curiosity, what was the reason for taking the dirt trail over rather than the main, paved road? I heard you mention "avoiding all the highway stuff," but what is that "stuff?" Traffic?
Groovy

@@DavidSmith-bt5wq thank you it's roughly 3 miles if you take the road. And the way that I took is probably around 3 1/2 miles give or take.
Thanks, not really far at all. Looking forward to visiting Quartsite. Thanks for your videos!@@MyNomadicDream
@ you're welcome and thank you for watching
I take my skateboard the same way.
@@HeelsupKamalaandtamponTim seems to be bumpy
Does your bike have a parachute on the back to slow you down when you want to stop?
@@timharris6546 video is sped up
How long did it take to bike the route from your camp to the post office?
@@WheelerOnWheels about 25 minutes
Sweet bike! How fast can it go on that terrain?
@@NomadicPride it can do 30 but it's bumpy
How far was that mile wise?
@@wendycamp307 I'd say 3 1/2 miles give or take. Normal road way is 3 ish

@@TB-xx4gc yeah traffic that's going past you at 65 miles an hour. I prefer being fat not flat. 🤣
@ Glad to know that! Thanks.
Can you mail from Moon mountain cuz I tried the post office last year and things just disappeared
@@joyphillips3069 I'm not sure 🤔
