Yeah I've had the sound repeating issue sometimes but I've never had it where it crashes. I normally consider Valve games to be really good when it comes to supporting modern systems and being alt-tabb-able

that is because it was patched. i remember back in 2015 gmod would crash sometimes when alt-tabbing out specially if physic props where moving.
