Loved the video! I have been dreaming of visiting Croatia for a few years now 🙌🏽 It was super immersive, it almost felt like I was exploring myself 🥳 The Curious Card idea is so excellent!
You will probably have found the weather in Croatia alot warmer and drier than that of Ireland lol...we've had the worst start to summer here for many years.
I LOVE going places with absolutely no plans! It creates space for what I like to call 'Intuitive travel' - which is usually pure magic (and also sometimes a bit of shit shot, but honestly so is well-planned trips too ay?) Loved the museum part - I am the same way when it comes to love stories - immediately in tears... So glad I finally got to see this video! Cannot wait to see your next climb video!! Keep it up luv! P.s. whomever said you're a basic white girl can eat their...foot!
OMG you’re a legend!! I love how much we think alike 😁 Love that term intuitive travel as well 😊 It’s true even the most perfectly curated trip can flop 😂 I’m glad we’re both sappy 😝
Your voice and happy lil' face always fills my heart! Thanks for being you! // Love stories, man.... Well. I feel kinda lost these days. I am in love with someone who, with good reason, cannot date me. Have been for a while now. BUT we have given it a shot, and during the few months we dated we actually ended up in Covid isolation together. Best 10 days of my life. We had so many laughs, cuddles, and good times in her room. Also some short, very nice walks. Almost like all the issues went away for that period. We even played badminton in her room! Yes, you read that right. On top of that I documented some of it(I am a photographer after all), and I am in love with the photos. I call the little series "The Corona Chronicles". I hope to make it into a little book. And even though I lost a full roll of film to a stupid soy-sauce accident afterwards, I can only look back at that time with a full heart.
WOW Aleksander thank you for sharing your story 🤩 I have to admit I giggled at the badminton, I can only imagine how fun that must’ve been! And how the heck did you get a net set up!? It sounds like the “Corona Chronicles” were an unforgettable time for you AND I can’t wait to one day see the book with the photos to match the story. 🙌 (if you’ll share with the world) :) Thank YOU for being you, you have no idea how much joy it brings me to hear your story 💚
@@NatashaBergen It was an absolute blast! One of the best times of my life! W didnt have an actual net and all though! THAT would have been too crazy. Haha. Just had the ball and two raquets and had some fun. And I'm glad it brought you some joy to hear about it!
Another great video Natasha! I'd really like to go to Dubrovnik, CROATIA someday. It seems like a nice, beautiful place... Love story huh? Well... I met my wife back in -89 in Stockholm, Sweden on a rock concert in a small theatre called Göta lejon. The band playing that night was called Noiseworks and they came out from Australia. Me and my brother( two tall guys. 1.96m...) stood in front of my wife to be and her friend so we changed places so that they could see. I also had my little camera with me but a security guard spotted me so I only got the one picture. My wife to be asked me if she could get a copie so we exchanged addresses and started writing and calling each other. Then I went for a visit... and we never parted. The kicker to this story is that my brother married the other girl, my wifes friend at the concert. We are all still together. She is my best friend and I can tell you that in all our 30 + years together I can count all our fights (or arguments) on one hand. I just got lucky I guess in that way... Be safe Natasha Björn
What a story Björn!!! 30 years! 😍 Congrats to all four of you! Looooove how serendipitous life can be! It’s incredible to think that you met like that and you’ve been best friends since 💚 I hope you can make it to Dubrovnik one day 😊 I’m sure you’ll love it! Also, just saying, your story would be an amazing one for the museum ☺️ Sending hugs to you and your wife 💚

You are on a great and ambitious mountaneering quest. Mountaintops and Croatia have been a couple of my passions for quite some time now and it was nice to watch you getting seduced by Dubrovnik. Believe me that you have not seen anything yet. There are places and people in Croatia which will make you fall deeply in Love with that Country. You cannot imagine what a glorious place Croatia is. A Shangrila in the center of Europe. For example Risnjak is a beautiful peak I have been wanting to climb and.... thinking out loud here.... it occurred to me you may be interested as well?
Hey George! It sounds like we’re very like minded 😁 Love how you put it, it did indeed seduce me 😊 It must’ve done the same for you! It really is a gem and I hadn’t heard about that peak actually, thank you for letting me know 😊 What would you say was the moment you fell in love with Croatia? 😊
@@NatashaBergen Actually, in a few weeks I will be Slow-cruising the Jadranska Magistrala from Rijeka to Dubrovnik to see her in all her summer glory for the first time in my life. In the last decade I have seen most of breathtaking Croatia... all except Dalmatia. You may enjoy letting sweet anticipation build like I do... and so I have been saving this trip for a very special year indeed! The Planets are aligned as of today June 24th and it is a powerful sign to just let go and jump in! I think it is so cool to see your reactions to historic and quiet Dubrovnik but it is the small places which will really have you fall HARD. For example, Motovun is great but Goznjan Mountaintop village is the place to be...Painters, opera singers, sculptors, writers and more...... and Anthony Hopkins lives in the valley below. Impressed? That is nothing anyone gets excited about here. The Croatians are so cool about it all. Just part of village life in Croatia. That's back when I fell in love with her for the 25th... or maybe 26th time.
