- After more than a year, authorities may be closing in on a person of interest in the slayings of four Portland women, killings that terrorized the Oregon city. A person of interest in connection with the killings, Jesse Lee Calhoun, is jailed on a parole violation and could be released next month. He adapted makeshift self-regulation really really well. I'm very curious about his upbringing and what was the crux that made him cross the line if there was any. I think the usual human program of "do whatever I can get away with and sleep well to" is usually the code most follow.

Often times the more rigid thinkers will polarize and tend to create what they hate, so they polarize with anything different from themselves and that's why there's this huge drug population in Oregon... But of course these people can't stay in the places that created them, they have to go to places that are more accepting. And then those places become overwhelmed and overrun, while the conservatives tighten up their belts and continue to destroy lives and souls without consequence and blame those who are compassionate
They destroy what they fear because they are a state full of communities of people who have lived very sheltered lives for generations. They fear creativity in any form and will ostracize it... Hence why these people tend to take up drug use
Outside of Eugene and Portland you won't find any real creativity in Oregon. The people all want to look, act the same
