Unless you were using massive speakers, any infrasound probably wasn't emitted. You may be thinking of isochronic tones, which are an entirely different effect and would probably make you feel really relaxed and even euphoric at low enough frequencies for a long enough period of time.

I’ll admit, there is some science here, but MOST of these types of videos boil down to the power of suggestion. If someone tells you a sound makes people feel dizzy or sick, you might manifest those feelings by the power of suggestion. I don’t argue the facts surrounding decibels and their effects.
My neighbors point their speakers with infrasound at me. I don't hear the bass, but they make my eye twitch and my muscles spasms. How can I prevent that from happen and which materials do I need?

Ok I am here to find some answers and to see if some have experience what I have. So there are times furing the day I wake and eventualy fall sleep again but before I fall deep into sleep I began to hear thevlow frequency sound I try to fight it and wake up because what comes next is ugly. I feel myself in an outer body experience or I feel someone getting near me or something. I can feel my self being pulled from the bed or even getting touched it is a very ugly experience and it always comes when falling a sleep with that weird noise in my ear. Scarry stuff

That sounded absolutely nothing like any description or recording of ghosts. It sounds like an amp being turned on. Nobody would ever think that noise was a ghost. Ever.
It's not the noise itself, but possibly some of its effects on the human body

listen to infra sound at least 2 or 3 min and you will feel something diffrent, maybe not major but minor. I have done this, just like listen to ultrasound can cause ear damage and infra sound lead to something else
