They are a part of my custom Combine figures named "Beam Ship" :D
They are gigantic jellyfish-like creatures that use warp cannons like Striders - although a lot more destructive - and use their tentacles to grasp their target and electrify them. I plan to update them to be more detailed and maybe even use them on my future projects!

The orbital strike thing is, well, an orbital strike! I ran out of ideas on how to show Combine's strength, so I just thought of an orbital strike strong enough to wipe out an entire city. :P
