From what i heard some years back.. the "gold like color" was a UK sold product. But I've never seen any when they first came out.. now i see a pretty good amount of them available. Thank you for your review 👍🏻
@JustADad this thing is amazing. I got 5 full containers of hair and dirt. I am beyond impressed. Crazy thing is my old vacuum would only get like 2.5 full containers. The attachments work awesome. The costco version has all the attachments in the video. I can't believe how much my old vacuum left behind.
I bought mine directly from Dyson and they had the best sale! I got the ball animal 3 extra on sale and they included almost all of the accessories free. If I remember correctly, I think I got about 11 accessories entirely free and the whole unit was on sale.
I bought the Dyson animal 3 + it is so hard to push and pull even on low cut pile carpet. My arm was so tired I didn't even do the whole house. The next time I used it, it was a bit easier but still a job. I tried switching hands because I don't want to look toned on one arm. It's not easy though. I keep it on the highest setting and it still is heavy but it's not eating my carpet. At least I think it's not. Definitely picks up the fine dust, which is good because we live in the foothills and the dogs bring in grainy sand and dirty on their feet constantly. A friend told me that, one of her friends was told by the carpet company that if they use a Dyson on their carpet they will not give a warranty. I'm still not sure if I will keep it.

yes it has a switch for that
