Just bought this but got the lowest model and just added the extra attachments got 2 free for $349 instead of $499 save yourself some money and buy the attachments separately.
No headlight, unpleasant surprise! Heavy ball/head assembly, awkward to maneuver in tight spots. Wife has arthritis in wrist, difficult for her to use.
Regretfully this youtuber doesn't mention this Dyson product sucks on floor so tight. It seems Dyson is not that smart to design such a bad product which would break your arm and back soon.
I can’t stand this vacuum cord is to short also if u use the tools with the hose the hose bends at the base and no sucking is going on I wish I could send it back !! Also u can’t vacuum some of My capets the vacuum won’t move

Finally got a Dyson after Sharks breaking after 2.5 years both of them. My husband Finally said just get the darn Dyson 😂

Very heavy, all attachments are useless, no sucking at all.

This is for professional cleaning imho not suitable for daily use thats for sure, too much complications

Cord is 35’ long, how long should a cord be?
Mine actually has a 50’ cord. It’s so long, it’s almost a pain in the butt 😅
