I like the dyson stick vacuum cleaner I only use it to vacuum the stairs which is better so you don't after worry cable I wouldn't use as a daily vacuum cleaner I prefer using the Dyson cylinder and upright vacuum cleaners
Hi Roger, I recently bought the Dyson digital slim. I am happy with its performance in the 15 days of use. However, I’m having a difficult time getting the correct filter as I would like to have an extra or two on hand . I registered it with Dyson for the 2 year warranty. I have not been able to get the correct filter (model number?) from Dyson as they are not sure which on is needed. The first one received was too long and would not twist and lock in. Could you please advise and help with this matter. Thank you .
Neat. From your demonstration, it looked like the actual vacuum unit is about the size of the V12, but with a smaller battery? How’s the run time on this compared to the V12? I really like the colour of this one. I have mixed feelings about this one not having the button on top. While I do like not needing to hold down a trigger, I never liked how they implemented their button. The position requires it to be turned on with your opposite hand, and I just thought it made it look like a toy. The big red button was so ugly to me. I wish they made it silver or a metallic red. I also do find the trigger helps prolong battery life. It’s a trade off. I do think that this size is more suitable for use for daily cleaning. The standard models are just a bit too big and heavy for my liking, and the power and bin size isn’t really necessary for me since I don’t like using cordless vacuums as my main vacuum. I was quite surprised that it didn’t cut out on medium power.
It is a shame the attachment joints were not all the same size. I am still using my Dyson V6 Animal and the wand bend plus anti-hair wrap attachments would be very useful, but not spending over AUD 1000.00 for a new vac for 2 attachments.
Hi Roger, I have two questions for you. Is the battery size/life the same as the V12 and do normal size accessories fit such as a laser fluffy head from the V15? Thank you.
Sorry, I can’t try the nozzles from my V12 as this Dyson has been packed back in its box for collection tomorrow. V15 heads will definitely not fit as the wand is much slimmer, but V12 nozzles may fit.
Not really. After using it a bit more I find it to be too short and the trigger starts to hurt my finger after a short time. It’s worth getting one at the moment if you can buy it from QVC UK so you can send it back if you don’t like it. I’m sending this one back.
They’re crap! Just sent ours back. Really horrible machine to use. Tiny cheap head. Loved the bag idea but vacuum was so heavy cumbersome and uncomfortable to use for anything. Skipped over carpets hardly any suction. Was easy to return.
Relaunch of the original stick Dyson Cordless name. Looks interesting machine.
I Roger,I would definitely trust your opinions over them there QVC presenters. Good video.
The v10 is very comfy for me to use because it turns on with he slightest press
Hi ibaisiac I love your videos!!
It's a good Dyson stick vacuum cleaner I like all Dyson products

Hi Rog, when you replace your living room carpet would you get the same plushness you have now or a lower pile carpet. Cheers as always.
A lower pile.
Strange for Dyson to release this when we have V12 but I personally don't like on/off button.
My guess is that this machine is the answer to the portable Numatic stick vacuums, which have a removable battery.
@@Sebazzz1991Numatic? Man they’re bloody heavier and bulkier than V15 😂
Highly doubt that Dyson would ever feel threatened by Numatic 😂
Yes, heavier, bulkier but also much better quality.
Its so they can sell a cheap model for "Black friday"
4:19 every time i see this attachment i cant help but think it looks like the pipe trap for your sink or the sewer drain on the back of the toilet.

How many versions of the digital slim have they made? Could’ve sworn the DC35 was marketed under that name.
Yes it was, I have one. I think this is the first time they have re-used the name Digital Slim.
@ibasiac Oh, Dyson’s marketing team often pulls tricks like this but it just makes the products seem 10 years older than they actually are.
@@ibaisaic And for anyone watching that QVC deal is extremely good! I just spied one of them going for £604 on OnBuy!
@@megatronskneecap Most people don't remember that far back.
@@MrWolfSnack People that are Dyson fans are, and it was only 2014.
Buy the Dyson wash G1
Digital slim, eh? Haven't heard that name in a while now.
Hi . I would love to know your thoughts on the Dyson gen5detect ❤
Here’s a video. ruclips.net/video/KxShTprG7Sg/видео.htmlsi=L2X3QT_d6R_BbbuZ
do other attachments work for this one? Like can I attach a fluffy optic head onto it?
Where did Henry quick pro go?
I don’t have a Henry Quick Pro.
So do you recommend it?
Not really. After using it a bit more I find it to be too short and the trigger starts to hurt my finger after a short time. It’s worth getting one at the moment if you can buy it from QVC UK so you can send it back if you don’t like it. I’m sending this one back.
Can you please explain what’s ‘digital’ about this vacuum cleaner? Thanks.
Digital refers to the Dyson Digital motor.
Good night Roger
Does this work as a good car vacuum?
Yes!
This model has been in Asia for a while.
9:28 I thought that said "mad" lol
Are the tools exclusive to this model or can I use accessories from V8?
V8 tools wont fit as they have a wider diameter.
Hey Roger a Earth a Go i got a Miele complete c3 for free from my friend he Said (it has no sucktion yes wenn you do Not clean the Filters 😅
Would you recommend this or the Henry quick?
Out of the two I prefer the Henry Quick.
@@ibaisaic Thanks for replying
I will compare to a Henry Quick which are more hygenic.

@@adambentley298 Sounds like a owner problem.
I very good for the size but is way to over priced should be £250 at a push

The black rice looks like mouse poop
I wish I could get myself to like bagless vacuum. I’ve tried. I’ve bought and returned many, I just bagless vile and filthy.
