Kaya must be really rare over there. It's pretty abundant here. You'd find it almost anywhere for breakfast

never tried it with egg yolks but looks great too, we love egg yolks, great concept they have.
Runny eggs adds a nice gooey texture and the flavour of the yolk compliments the kaya too
