The original series was fantastic, and it's a rare example of a remake/reboot that DOESN'T think it knows better than the original. So in fact it DOES make sense how good the first two episodes were. Other remakes/reboots: take note.

Loved when Storm came out and the sentinels were detecting an omega level threat. She came and literally blew them away without lifting a finger. Badass!!
I know she’s my favorite Xmen out of all of them I can’t believe how powerful she is this is how supposed to be she is More powerful and Storm can destroy the whole entire city with her Power tornado 🌪️ and lightning ⛈️ ⚡️ Zap!!

Creating glass tornadoes is easy for her; during the Death of Wolverine storyline, she was grieving so hard she created a magnetic storm in space powerful enough to cause AURORAS to appear worldwide for hours. For context, had she been left on Earth, she might have set the atmosphere ablaze in her grief over Logan's death hence why the XMen rushed her off planet..

The first 2 episodes were incredible!!! I absolutely loved this season premiere kick-off! I wasn't born in the '90s but my father kept a bunch of VHS tapes with a lot of the old X-Men: The Animated Series episodes on them and I grew up rewatching those same episodes as a kid. The action was fantastic, and I'm really digging the new animation style for the show. I just binged the entire original series, and I gotta say that this is a significant step up in terms of animation quality, of course. All the characters are just as charismatic as they were in the previous series, if not even more so. Hearing some of the classic voices return for their roles in this Revival series is so heartwarming and nostalgic. I'm also really digging the new blood when it comes to the new additions to the voice cast. The new voices for Gambit, Scott Summers, and Jubilee specifically sound really great and worthy successors to the original voice actors. I'm really loving what they're setting up for the overarching story of the season. I can't wait to move on to the next batch of episodes as soon as they release. Everything feels like a significant step up to a lot of the great things from the original show and this is clear proof that the people who worked on the show are true X-Men fans in grew up watching the original animated series. Ultimately, though, this awesome premier batch of episodes really reminded me how much I missed the X-Men as a family. It's been awhile since I really delve into the world of the X-Men like this and honestly I'm glad the show came out to reunite the fire I have for the X-Men that's some of the old fox movies might have dampered a little bit. Marvel's/The MCU's first crack at the X-Men was done masterfully, in my opinion, and I can't wait to see more! 10/10 Premiere for this show! 🎆✨️🙌

The first two episodes were near perfect. As a fan of X-Man, I am so happy to see them back. Also love that Storm & Cyclops finally get the respect they deserve.

So happy to have the X-Men back and so well done! I really think the gold in this show is the fact that it says something, that it’s about something. That’s why the X-Men resonate so well with people. They standup for something real and good (equality) and they are relatable because of it. So good!
Now we just need another season of 90s spider-man and we good

Especially such a weak voiced Magneto. No authority in his voice at all.
Hooked alrleady on the first two episodes, and it is SUCH an improvement over the older show in terms of action scenes and dialogue.
Animation is amazing. Dialogue is amazing. A+ job everyone! 👏👏👏
it's crazy when I read people saying the animation sucks. Like they forgot the original was a low budget saturday morning cartoon. The current show is miles better in terms of quality.
@@kongchho8547 I agree, and while there is room to improve, it still really flows nicely, especially in the fight scenes. Like seeing Cyclops use his blast to propel himself across the room. Stuff like that is a really nice touch. Gives the show another dimension.

Gambit: "Cher always looks prettier than the last time you saw her."
Finally someone remembers that Scott's beams are not heat rays or lasers. They are pressure/force. The way he used them to move himself during a fight or to slow his fall are perfect examples of things he can do.
On the other hand, Morph should not get the power-related physical attributes of the people he transforms to. It looks great, though.

I watched it last night and it was awesome and just like old with great story line and a lot of WTF . CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THE SERIES EVERY WEEK. IT was worth the wait. Job well done marvel team. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Loving it! Animation needs a little more polish or some extra frames so it doesn't look like a powerpoint presentation but overall is a much welcome return to form for the series!

Well you nailed it! It is supposed to be a slightly modernized, not slightly less polished ;) Unless your concept of modernization is "almost" being as good as the original. For me it should surpass the source due to modern technology in animation but it doesn't. But as I said, it is close enough@@leonwoodley99

@@uncannydcmarvelous5732 Yes. It lasted only for 13 episodes and ended on a cliffhanger sadly (that's why a sequel would be amazing). 8 episodes of the 2nd season are already scripted lol. The series was way ahead of it's time. You should watch it if you have not.
