    Notice how Cornette's language cleans up when he's talking to an intelligent and well spoken man like Eadie?

      It's because, like Jim, Bill's paid his dues.

    A lot of people don't know that Wahoo is largely responsible for Ric Flair's career taking off. Wahoo left the NWA for a while to work for Gagne in the AWA and at the time Ric Flair was jobbing in squash matches. When he got back the NWA he told the promoter that there's a guy in Minnesota that's going to be a huge star, you better sign him while you can.

      I thought that was "The Masked face Superstar." I rememberer when he burn the eye of The Mighty Igor with a cigar. The Mighty Igor had him in a bear hug and The Masked Face Superstar made the move. Most real wrestling fans remembered that moment. Dean Malenko's Father was The Masked Superstar's Manager. Boris Malenko. "Stay away from my superstar," he used to said in that raspy voice. 😂

    Talk about an athlete….. golf, fishing…..😂😂😂

    • @jaythor70
      @jaythor70 Год назад +2

      He was finesse, endurance, and strength. That was the point.

  • @gladememmott3001

    He said talk about an all around athlete and starts out saying golfer??? And fisher???😂😂😂😂😂😂

    • @jaythor70
      @jaythor70 Год назад +7

      Those are both sports that require finesse. Wahoo wasn't just brute strength- pro football, wrestling- but had cardio, ran 30 miles on a dare before a match, or some such, and was a track and field guy in high school. He was an all-around athlete.

      These days people think "athletic" means running fast and jumping high, but hand-eye coordination is at least as important. Being able to hit a golf shot or cast a line exactly where you want it, every time, is an athletic gift.

      @gladememmott3001 Год назад +1

      I agree.... In those types of sports. We're talking about a business where you actually do have to run fast and jump high tho. I don't think any worker has ever sold out msg by casting a line or hitting a hole in one.😂😂😂😂😂@daveconleyportfolio5192

    As usual, Cornette loves the sound of his own voice. Jimmy LET THE OTHER GUY TALK!
