The closed chain ROM stretches are very interesting. People do have the conception that arthritis is not non curable, thus there’s nothing you can do. All arthritis can be managed to gentle movement and modeling, so that your life does not have to be significantly affected. Thank you for sharing

You can also use stretchy bands which are very useful and you have the option of stretching from different angles with the bands.

Hi Bob & Brad, thanks for your amazing videos that helped me recover from my back surgery. However I need your help again I’m afraid! I’ve had sub acronym decompression surgery to my left shoulder 8 weeks ago and I’m concerned that when I do internal rotational excercises my shoulder really clicks and clonks with mild pain !!! Is this due to being unstable muscles supporting the shoulder? Any advice would be great as I’m concerned it won’t improve🤕

I've had both shoulders replaced 2011 and 2013. Still have pain in both but mainly right shoulder. Is the Booyah stick something that would work to lessen the pain. Have close to full range of motion in both. I also enjoy your videos. Thanks.

Carrying two children and being unable to move because of my illness, I put on a lot of weight in the next 10-15 years. ☻☻☻It strains my knee joint very much, leading to additional osteoarthritis in my early forties. It doesn't help that I work in a small office sitting at the computer all day. When every move you make feels like torture, you tend to avoid moving. This is probably the number one mistake those of us with arthritis make. This is also one of the main reasons obesity is twice as common among people with arthritis than the general public. Doctor i wantet to start pcp therapy for my shoulder with cartilage damage 3 ( not bone on bone)
But the doctor tell me for me its not helpfull because i have mechanical problem in my shoulder.
They day the head of my bone moves back direction outside of the joint socket , i had an accident 2017 what caused the problem.
The head of my arm bone is on the last 10% of the joint socket, thats why they say no pcp injection can fix my problem,
What can i do to become the head of the bone back to to mid of the joint socket ?
Pls help im only 25 :(

◘◘◘I connected with the team at Blue Heron Health News. This is a publishing company with the sole mission of educating as many people as possible about natural health alternatives. These people have helped millions of people to rid themselves of various ailments, oftentimes, such as arthritis, which the Western world finds incurable. With the teaching experience of the Blue Heron team and my knowledge of arthritis healing, we were able to create a solid strategy to beat arthritis and publish it online. Whew, what an opportunity. can help millions of arthritis sufferers right away. And do it from my laptop anywhere in the world. Maybe cut out a single grocery, add a vitamin, or do a special three-minute workout that I teach. By applying only small changes to your life, You will experience a big change r in your pain and flexibility - sometimes, like me, day one - even moments. I'm on a limited income, so my husband went to the local hardware store and got something similar. It's lightweight aluminum, 48 inches long, red with black tips. He said it is an Extension pole for painting. For the bottom end he also got a small black rubber tip like the kind used for canes or chair legs. Wrapped some tape around the end to make it fit very snug, then smacked it into place. Works fantastic! I'd love to support the guys by buying the stuff they recommend, but some of us just gotta stick to a budget. :-D
