It just feels unnatural to have: William kills Charlie -> realizes animatronics can be possessed somehow -> MAKES A WHOLE PIZZERIA WITH KIDNAPPING AND KILLING ANIMATRONICS -> goes wrong -> kills 5 kids at Freddy's. What kind of timeline is that? To me, it makes more sense that William goes from a single kill, then the MCI and the DCI (If you believe it is a 2nd set of murders), and THEN he makes the pizzeria. Sister Location, Circus Baby's Entertainment and Rentals, Circus Baby's Pizza World, everything within those games screams learning. All the things we see in SL make more sense if we interpret them as William learning how to cause and control possession, and recreating the situations he's seen at Freddy's in a controlled environment. It makes more sense that William goes from the mundane (A single murder), to the truly planned controlled and massive murders with CBPW. For the rest, i mainly agree with you. I'm still debating myself if SL happens in the early 2000's, the late 2000's, or the early 2010's. Because Dittophobia makes some affirmations, like that when Rory was kidnapped, his parents made a website for his search (Although it's not clear how long after their disappereance they made it), and that "cellphones can be tracked", which solidifies the story happening in the 2000's. But if you don't believe TalesGames (Or... DittophobiaGames?...) it's okay. Besides, i love your editing! Your theories deserve more appreciation!
There’s also another big reason why follow me can’t happen before fnaf1. If the possessed endoskeletons were stolen prior to fnaf1 then the animatronics in fnaf1 cannot be possessed which they clearly are.
i think the whole reason we havent solved where sl is in the timeline is mostly due to the fact that we're trying to place the whole game into the timeline- your theory's pretty good tho lol, i wanna look at every little thing in every game and book just to make some sort of decent timeline myself- one day lol. keep making awesome theories tho
