The amount he won... he'll never have to work ever again. 😂😂😂
I was SO ready to give Ryan shit for not wanting to share with Toni. :D
I was talking to my phone (more like yelling to my phone) while in the train on my way home cause I couldn't believe Ryan 😅
So I'm in a two person house, and our neighbours are like... seven people? (Lotta kids) We have a standing arrangement that they're welcome to put stuff in our bins because we put so little out most of the time. I think as long as you're willing to return a favour like that when it comes to it, it's just good neighbourly conduct.
@MarkHardstaff-np8tc Alright, how should I say it instead?
I have to say we shared trash bin for about 3 weeks with our neighbors as their trash company(there are literally 5 that service our rural area 😮) went out of business and it took a bit for them to switch over. As everyone from this company was left without.
So we as a 2 person household let them use ours too
But these neighbors are lovely and help me out often with little things oh and their boys(6 and 10) shovel my driveway with hubby lol. Its so cute to see them wanting to help 😂
I'm in a one person household. My neighbors are on a fixed income and I told them they could use my bin if they needed. Never regretted a decision more. They would fill my bin where I had no room for my 1-2 bags of garbage and all of their garbage bags were full of rotten food and ripped so I was constantly washing maggots out of my bin and my bin smelled so bad that I just discontinued my service and started taking my garbage to work with me.
Toni hyping up the $12 lottery win is the funniest thing 😂
Nah that’s me and my mum when we get $5
I so love these two! I have a guy friend that I click with like this, & it's great- but I don't see him very often. It's cool to have a person who "gets" you, other than your partner. Toni & Ryan always brighten my day, no matter how shitty it's going, lol.😂😊
At 12:48 when Toni says,” you’re up to pussy bow” is a phrase I’ve hear from Kath and Kim a lot, usually Kath will say it when she has a lot to do and is stressed about it so she’s “up to pussies bow.”
A pussy bow is a bow that woman use to wear around their neck, and got its name in 1934.
Ahh cool, thank you!
lol yes... cant believe i didnt remember that. haha love kath n kim. halair.
If its bin night, neighbours bins are out and after like 10 or 11pm, its fair game I say. They've probably gone to bed and aren't putting any more rubbish out. The garbage truck guy and council doesnt care.
Exactly this.
I live alone and usually only have one or two bags in my bin on bin day. If the neighbour wants to use the space, by all means.
yeh I'm in the UK and this is fairly common. The bin men won't take bins that don't close so if mine is emptier than yours go ahead and if yours is emptier than mine I'll go right ahead lol. Been doing it for at least 8 years and no one says anything about it. The only rule is don't put something in there that doesn't go in that particular bin otherwise they won't take it. Thankfully no one is rude enough on my street to do that.
Over here you get charged by weight, so definitely a dick move in that situation.
You guys make my day, thanks so much! Been a TARPer for a year now and I’m really enjoying it 😊
I was starting to think only tarpers listened or wrote to the show because of how many times their mentioned. I'm American so I had to look it up. How many tarpers are needed in one country?!?! Lol
1 bin lasting 2 weeks was a thing here in scotland but someone decided we should have them emptied every 3 weeks now 🤯
Dammmmmn
Every 3 weeks wtf, what council is that. We are every 2 weeks in Dumfries and Galloway and that's a push 😮
@@elizabethmorrow8682oh i thought it was all of scotland 😂 im in aberdeenshire
Omgosh that sounds terrible! It's every week here in the US. I cant imagine the smell of 3 week old garbage 🤢🤢🤢
Oh, wow... I live in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and our trash gets collected three times a week.
I have 2 bins for trash and 1 for recycling. They come weekly for trash, every 2 weeks for recycle.
Ryan's face at 'batter' hahahahahahaha
Yep me too. 🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮☠
😕
I'm single and sleep diagonally across my kingsize bed, just cos I can :)
We need these every month 😂
You totally got me with the $12!
It's even funnier when you find out that $12 in Australia is worth only $8 in the U.S. hahahaha
The laugh gets me every time😂
“Laying conduit” 😂😂😂😂
Don't know where Toni is, but in Brisbane, Perth and Cairns (the three aussie cities I have lived recently) we have 2 large wheelie bins. The green one, for household/food waste is picked up weekly and the recycling bin (yellow lid) is picked up fortnightly. We can opt to have our bins downsized to the smaller wheelie bin if required, but this rarely happens.
Also, if you have that much rubbish, don't let it pile up... just rent an extra bin to put it in.
I rarely laugh out loud to anything ,but where Ryan keeps his sex toys made me crack up, so so so funny!!
Lmao the part about sides in the bed. I was staying at my bf's and was feeling sick one night so I asked to sleep on his side so I wouldn't have to climb over him if I had to puke. He let me but was so grumpy about it until he got it back😂
We have a bedroom trash can. Its not big but it has a walmart/store bag in it. If you have to puke, just bring your bedroom trash can to your bedside, or a bowl if you do that
How do you determine which side of the bed is the left/right, like are you lay on the bed on your bsck or are you stood at the foot of the bed facing the pillows? Not that it matters to me, in single so the bed is all mine.
I was thinking the same thing! I think it’s if you lying on your back in bed then that’s your indicator 💭 tbh I dunno because both ways seem correct 😂
I think of it like a car... when you're sitting in it. For those of us in America, the driver side is left, the passenger side is right.
You stand at the foot of the bed to determine the side of the bed (learned this from looking at a sleep number bed. )
This is my question!
I have wondered this for so long. Is it like stage right/left? Not that I know that either.
The bed sides are exact opposite for us. 😂
6:39 the way Toni says puss makes me wheeze
That's a sh7!load of money 😂 the laugh at the end
3:30 is the first Toni and Ryan media I ever saw and I was hooked haha
I sleep on the left, and I'm neither cheerful nor calm.
Actually my boyfriend lives in a house where he has one garbage bin and one recycling bin. I live in an apartment complex, which has a large dumpster. Sometimes, I get his extra bags of trash and dump them in my bin. There is no way that bin can handle the amount of trash until the next pickup. If you have a friend in this same situation....by no means should they feel bad about helping you out in dumpling the extra trash. Especially if they were there contributing to some of it lol what's the big deal.😅 just an extra 35 sec stop before parking in complex bid deal....I do it all the time. I am well aware of the pain of stacked up trash for home owners and am willing and legal to help because some of that trash is mine so rightfully ok to throw away at my place which takes mo time at all minimal effort and no harm only help...why not!❤
11:23 "one little bin and it has to last you two weeks"
WHAT? Two WEEKS? Youre joking right? And what do you mean you only get one little bin? You dont get to have multiple bins?
In Australia we get three large wheelie bins. Red is collected weekly, it is for your general garbage. Yellow is recycling and it is collected fortnightly and green is garden waste which is also fortnightly. We don’t produce as much waste as Americans as we don’t have as much pre packaged foods, we tend to buy fresh food, meat and vegetables etc so we don’t generate as much garbage- but once a week seems to work for most of us. Also we don’t pay for it.
Gotta sleep on the right side of the bed, trouble is after 53 years we ( hubby and I) STILL get it wrong , another argument, yup❤❤❤❤
Thinking of yall this morning as window repair fellas showed up and brought their own bins, lol
Furthest from the door? I'm always closest to the door for the same reason I'm closest to the emergency exit on a plane.
My bed is up against the wall under my window and opposite the door. I sleep on the right hand side (furthest from the wall) so i can see if someone comes in the door and hear if someone breaks my window to get it 😂😂 thats my math anyway 😂❤
Our neighbours are quite old and they go on holidays alot and they let us borrow their bin haha
We used to get our bins picked up twice a week and now it’s once a week. Like I couldn’t imagine waiting 2 weeks. But also we can have several bins with no worries.
I'm always on the right side of the bed because I'm a stomach sleeper and my right leg is bent out to the side.
LOL love these haha our main waste bin goes weekly and recycle fortnightly along with extra bin which is the green waste bin from gardening etc im in Qld
Someone put nappies in my bin and got me in trouble with the local council.
I sleep closest to the door because im more attack mode than my husband. Plus if I sleep on the right I'm treated as a human body pillow. Im a light sleeper, a mouse could fart and I'd wake up. So legs and arms just wrapped willy nilly desrupts my sleep.
I think it's ok to ask people at a party to take home a bag of rubbish. My Aunty does it all the time after Christmas and Easter with the family. Last Christmas I said i could take a couple bags of rubbish home, I completely forgot the bags in the boot. The next day I woke up with covid and spent almost a week sick at home. When I went to go to the shops I almost spewed up my guts when I opened the car door. The rubbish stench intensified in the closed car and the aussie summer heat. I think it took several weeks for the smell to leave the car after I cleaned it.
The bed thing must be flipped in the Northern Hemisphere. Cause I’m a right sider and am a mess.
You shouldn't be calling 911 anyway Toni - 000 would actually get you help!
One trash can for two weeks is blowing my mind. I could never 😮
I sleep on the left which is closer to the door lol
Ryan is literal perfection. 😭😭😭 Boyfriend goals
Wow, in New Jersey in the States, we have trash and recycling ♻️ pickup once a week and we also have bulk pick-up every two weeks. Also, we can take garbage to the trash collection site if need be.
You don't get charged extra? And do you have to pay when you take it to the site? If our garage bin isn't fully closed the dude skips it. For real, even if the lid is a sliver open, skipped! The lid has to be fully closed. And there's no "extra" or bulk. We have to call weeks ahead and negotiate a price. If the driver wasn't notified or thinks it's not within the agreed parameters, he leaves it. Then we have to move it all back into the garage and start the process all over again. Taking anything to the site ourselves costs a fortune and can only be very basic items. The whole garbage thing pisses me off to no end 😂
@AK00777 ... Oh my gosh, no we don't have to pay anything at all. It's interesting how different things are I'm different countries. I guess your country tries to incentivize you to create less trash. 🤷🏻♀️
@@TDiddi16 I'm in Minnesota. What's really annoying is we pay super high taxes here, (like a lot of places) a lot them under the guise of "fees". And we still have to pay extra for everything. They just launched a new one. Are you Ready for this??? Retail Delivery Fee. Yep, it's so obvious they saw how businesses were able to capitalize on delivery services after the creeping death and decided The State of Minnesota needs some of that. When they launch these "fees" the tag is always 'Don't Call It A Tax' honest to God they print in the rags . Like the business pays for it 😄 of course it gets passed to the consumer. The state has their hand out in every industry here. Garbage and energy too. Fee after fee. Jersey has always sounded cool, do ya need a new neighbor 😄
@AK00777 ... Holy guacamole Batman. No, we don't have to pay anything like that here. Our sales tax is 0.7% so $0.07 on every dollar spent and I believe food at the grocery store isn't taxed. Our taxes are $6,500 a year for half an acre and it's two properties. Our neighborhood is amazing and schools are great!!! Actually, there are houses for sale near me, of course! I wouldn't buy now in this market because everything is about $100,000 more expensive than it's supposed to be! It's a selling market, not a buying one! I like Jersey though... we don't even pump our gas here, we have attendants who do it for us. It's actually against the law to pump our gas, I believe. And I'm an hour from the Jersey shore and about 30 minutes from Philadelphia and all the stadiums! I'm from South Jersey.
@@TDiddi16 That sounds really nice! Sounds like the state is run efficiently.I really need to get close to the ocean again. I lived in California all through the 90s. Oregon is the same way with the gas pumps. I saw vids where folks were ripping the young people apart for not knowing how to pump gas. But how would they know if their whole life no one could, sheesh!
If its bin night and the neighbours bins are on the side of the road for pickup the next morning, I consider it free real estate for my garbage. As a courtesy I generally try to not overfill the others' bins to the point where the lid is sticking up and just find a bin further down the street. Though usually it doesn't happen unless its after a barbie or something
Fuck! I fucking love you guyssssss😂😂😂
i sleep in the middle...what does this mean LOL
It means you are single. Or you’re a space invading butt head. 😁
About the bed sides. Right side foem where? When you are laying down or when you stand before the bed or in relation to the door? Am I the only one that got confused by that?😂
I wish I was as quick-witted
If the bins are out on the street it's fair game. Here's something that'll really blow your minds. My house has an alley behind it, and that's where all the bins go. Each house doesn't have its own bins. There are garbage and recycling bins, large ones, placed every couple of houses for everyone to throw their trash in. So there's no my bin or your bin.
How small are the trash bins? In the US we pay for ours and I have 3 two for regular one recycle.. they pick up once a week and the inside bins are different from the outside one that goes to the curb
The bed sides, this story has me all f*d 😂The meanings dont fit me or my partner at all not even slightly 😂
my boyfriend just showed me a video of aunty donna, so i asked him to watch toni and ryan instead, i won, here we are
try putting your compost in the fridge/freezer! that way when it’s bin day, you can just chuck it out and hand it off without it smelling
I would never trust anything that's been in your fridge after reading that 😫 Unless its a separate one your disgusting.
Baby Batter is right up there with Population Paste.
Maybe I should be selling my bin space. I've got a whopping bin that is collected every week (except I only put it out once a fortnight at most and even then I only have two small bags of rubbish inside)
I always sleep on whatever side of the bed is near the door, I pee a lot at night and I don't like the extra few steps I'd have to take.
Ryan seems to love that shirt a bit too much 😂
Define the sides of the bed. Is it right/left as you see it from standing at the foot of the bed, or is it as you lay on the bed (on your back)? I am assuming it is as you see it from the foor.
I'm single af but even I have an indent where I always find myself laying, even if I'm not in that exact spot its not as comfortable as the undented parts.
I'm going through a divorce. I sleep on the left side of the bed & the otherside is empty. 😅😂
Asking party guests to take some rubbish home is not uncommon 😂 I've done it myself
What about the person who sleeps closest to the bathroom, no matter what side of the bed it happens to be?
Yeah that's right about the sides of the bed lol
Is Ryan going grey in the fringe there or is that product? I kinda like it honestly!
I feel spoiled with my apartment trash now…. We have valet trash service every day. I don’t have to go throw it out.😅
Valet trash service? They knock on your door and collect it for you?
You should try not having any bins at all we live on a dirt road 25km from town and they won’t drive the garbage truck on the dirt road 😂
I lived in a city that picks up trash twice a week and was irritated when I moved to a city that picked up once a week. Two weeks is unacceptable…what is wrong with AUS??!?? If you are out of town and miss one…you have a month’s worth of trash. Gross.
Dang, that sucks. I live in Yukon, Oklahoma. We get two huge blue trash carts and one green recycle cart. Plus we get one bulky trash pickup a month. If you live in the rural areas, you can burn some of your trash.
Do you not have local refuse centres? Here in England we take extra stuff down the dump(refuse centre) if the bins arent enough, as a resident in the local area, you dont pay either.
Best of the pod? It's not even 30 mins long! Needs to be an hour or so
I sleep on the left. If there's strange noises or someone knocks at night, guess who hides under the covers while his wife investigates too?? Yep, my husband! 🤦♀️
😂😂 so good
My partner and I have our sides but still just randomly end up sleeping wherever he has a sleep disorder so his sleep is pretty whack anyway
Living alone and having weekly bin service, despite wanting every other week, I tell my neighbor he can throw a bag in each…if not two bags.
ME MAN, ME SLEEP NEAR TO DOOR
What???
How do you determine which side is which? The right side while in the bed or the right side looking at the bed
How upset Toni is at the idea of randomly sleeping on a side each night. 😂😂😂
Do you guys have an address, so we can write to you?
Makes me wonder how small their bins are.
XD Interesting. My first thought; "Huh, I always sleep door side...even when in relationships." I am the brave one! Lol.
I am lucky with my bins, as I have two big trash bins at my work in the parking lot, so I just take my extra there and they don't mind. Lol.
Alright so I have night terrors. So I'm left side of the bed for sure as I go to sleep then end up upside down and sideways half off the bed.
I’m shocked that their garbage gets picked up every 2 weeks. I can just imagine the smell 🤢 Sure, composting would help some but that seems like such a big gap.
My town picks up trash twice a week😊
1:17 not true.
100% not true but also is the direction facing the bed or laying in the bed on your back?
Yeah it’s the complete opposite for me 🤣
Wait ... In Australia they only take trash every two weeks? And only allow one bin??... That's crazy. We usually have a full can and a full recycling bin.
We do get two bins. Recycling is the one that's every two weeks.
Fucking love you guys 😂❤🇦🇺👏
How small are these bins?
I am military I always sleep near the door so I can hear or protect myself or my partner I am with… doesn’t matter left right I’m near the door always
I don´t care about left or right side as long as i can sleep next too the wall. A bed in the middel of the room with no walls at its side is an issue. A bed on just the short side can work, but is not my favorite. I want the wall and the bed too connetct on the long side, right or left don´t care as long as i get the wall, it can be in a corner meaning both long side and short side.
Wait - how does garbage collection work in Australia? Do they really only come every other week?!?
Toni and Ryan, please explain the bin situation. Are you only "allowed" by some law to only have one bin? In the U.S. you just go to home depot and buy a many as you need. My neighbors have 6 bins.
Oh my gosh, and our trash pick up is twice a week!! Recycling, compost and bulk once a week.
@@Hello_Sunshine_448 yeaaah oh my gosh. My sister has medical needs so we have a lot of trash. we have a huge bin and I STILL fill it up for the TWO pickups we get a week!
In England, I believe you have to pay to have extra bins collected, I could be wrong though, I know they usually will only do the one though, and the size of the bin you get from them is dependant on how many people in the household and any special requirements, for example someone who wears incontinence pants I believe can get a bigger size.
Thank you for sharing. I never imagined bins being controlled.
In Melbourne in my council area. We are given 3 bins as per rates which includes the collection. A green bin for garden rubbish/ food scraps. A yellow recycling bin and a general rubbish bin which is red. The green bin is collected weekly whilst the other 2 are collected fortnightly. These 2 bins alternate. So this week for me is the green bin and yellow bin.. If you require additional bins or collections then you need to engage a private company to do this. We also have an annual hard rubbish collection such as furniture and appliances.
I sleep on the side that the door is because i need to be able to go to the toilet, to the kitchen or if a child neeeds me.
When we were young hubs and I would switch sides in the weekend. The lovely moment when you wake up on the other side and realize! It’s beautiful. But now we are old and have mounds of muscle creams and cpap machines and dental floss etc.
I’m on the left, I’m not a calm person - I wear my drama crown with pride. My husband is not organised. But are we talking about the side of we’re standing looking at the bed or while we’re in the actual bed
Exactly!! Even if you're in bed, are you on your stomach or back?
Im the least calm person I've ever met, highly organised bordering on OCD and left side sleeper. My boyfriend is the cheerful, calm one in our relationship, he goes with the flow and is happy go lucky whereas I'm hyper organised and pedantic.
What? Why don't they come collect the rubbish more frequently? Isn't it dangerous to just leave everyone's trash out there for days upon days?
I live in Greece and they collect trash once or twice a week. Depending on the period. But at least once a week is the standard. We drop our trash in these massive bins in each neighbourhood and they come collect it all once a week but if it is Christmas or Easter, when people have parties, guests over , dinners etc, (or during the summer when temperatures get extremely high) then they collect it twice or even three times a week.
In Australia, general waste bins are collected once a week and recycle bins are fortnightly. Not sure for green waste is.
In England, we have our own bins. We have one bin for garden waste if you pay for that to be taken. We have a black bin for general waste and we have plastic boxes for recycling in most places, and a brown bin for food waste which can be held shut to stoo animals getting in, it differs slightly by area.
Usually recycling and food waste is weekly, general rubbish is 2 weekly and garden waste depends on the time of year.
@@GuiltylikeacocobeanI use to live in a suburb where we got a garden waste bin. Now I'm expected to throw it in my regular bin.
Closest to the door. Escape.
Trash pickup every two weeks?!?!?!?! That's awful!
Side of bed - what if you sleep at the bottom left side
❤❤❤❤❤
