1st I’ve seen you look amazing in a race, had no idea how fabulous your hair is 2nd great job 3rd basically everything in my kit after 5k miles, gonna get this for keeping in the car.
I do take a hose to mine but I have the nozzle that will let me dictate the pressure and water. I have 6 Onewheels all together and they all have been washed down and have been completely fine
@Ben-si6mq literally exactly what i do. and let the water run off the board as i rinse it never had a issue .. if your extra ocd let it sit and air dry
A hack in the field to clear some of the mud that builds up between the tire and boxes is to find a stick that’s slightly bigger than the gap, wedge it in to the gap and turn the wheel. The tire will grab the stick, pull it through the gap, and *Voila* the bulk of the mud is out. 🧹🧼
I tore my pint apart and pressure washed it works fine no problem
GREAT JOB MERCEDES!..MY BOARD ALSO SAYS THANK YOU !!
the secret to the deepest clean is a nice air compressor and spray nozzle - especially for the grip tape and hard to reach spaces

Probably still not a good idea..all it takes is just a little water to run to the wrong place..just saying
I agree, but I use a hose with mist nozzle occasionally
Awesome instructions and commentary, Mercedes! I'll be getting a kit. Hope you do more video! You did great!
Great video. My gt s is always dirty, and muddy
Thanks I rly needed this I’m also saving for a gt so this is gonna be great
You're gonna love it!! Stoked for you :)
"never never never take a hose to this thing"... I will never understand why someone would do this! Great vid Mercedes!
ngl 3 years with a pint x and atleast 30 washes with the hose just be careful and don’t drown it you’ll be fine
@Ben-si6mq literally exactly what i do. and let the water run off the board as i rinse it never had a issue .. if your extra ocd let it sit and air dry
Griptape could've been cleaner but i understand the time restraint
Pro tip: Glycerine soap does miracles on the tire, griptape and plastics. Black like new.
You mean to tell me this thing is +$3,500 and it can't handle a few drops of water?
Just about to look up a cleaning video on my onewheel
Mercedes LFG!!!!
Simple, I just pressure wash the thing.
It is way more efficient 😤
car wash is better 🤪
Based
How about building a fun toy and commuting vehicle that can stand being washed and being out in the rain... not every place is as dry as Californien
She said be nice Canada
Specielt når man bor i Danmark 🇩🇰
The boards are highly water resistant 👍
Ride on trails all the time and my climate is a moderate rainforest my wheel gets much and I mean much more caked with mud than this lol
Just move to SoCal easy fix
Watch the kit be like $30 for stuff u can get for less than half that
It’ll probably be around 50/60 I bet
My onewheel cleans it's self
self-balancing, self-cleaning, if you have footpad issues, also Self-driving
Pretty good could have done the footpads better
I’ve used hose on my Onewheel got twice and it still works just fine
I just hose mine down👍
I just hose mine off with jet mode
Ik you said not to but it works so well
😊🤙👍
Just hose it down once a month.
Day 92 of asking for a one wheel xr or GT
Im sorry but im not spraying nothing on my board. Im not risking it
Please wear gloves 😇
