Austrian Oak for an overhead and Elephant Bar Deadlift have become staples for ASC and I personally feel those 2 need to be included with the other 3 or 4 events being interchangables
It would be really funny to see Liz doing a serious Loz style interview with Rauno, Rongo, Evans Nana and Andrea😂❤ like a mini series. Love being here👋
Great stream guys. This was a fun listen. 2025 is just going to be great. Really looking forward to seeing these comps and crossing my fingers that everyone stays whole.
Yes WSM is late in doing live stream but the title still hàs the number 1 .Yes I agree WSM I can name All the winners the other competition s not so much
At a certain point does it become necessary or at least recommended to have training partners? I work crazy shifts and am not really able to commit with my friends so I just go solo but I'm wondering what that added dynamic brings.
Depends on the person/training partners. I'd say for strongman having partners helps a ton with: 1. Saving time/effort with setting up and putting away implements for event training especially if you're training medleys 2. Helping you get into and out of a suit for deadlifts. Trey Mitchell largely avoids suits because he trains alone and can't get into one to practice
It entirely depends on you as an individual more than anything, honestly. I've trained with people for long periods, and without, and to me neither is better because they both have their perks and their negatvies (for me). Now, if you have events or whatever where you absolutely need other people (like putting on a suit maybe), then I guess it's not really a question.
Didn't even watch wsm this year, the strongman world has moved on so much. With the stone off and clown commentating my interest has gone. Can't wait for the arrnolds
20 is a lot if it's a comp where every athlete is fighting every athlete and every event matters. Each event will take like 20 to 30 minutes of just the event itself to complete, not including the setup, reset, etc.
WSM is still treating strongman like a random spectacle but we’re following it like the legitimate sport it is.
This is 100%

The frame is another staple
Eh, I've love both events but I don't mind them being swapped out for other events here and there.

20 is way too few athletes, why can’t it be more? Loz always says 20 😂

Channel 5's Strongman shows are appalling, too much talk and not enough showing the athletes competing
Can confirm: Coke Zero is superior to Diet Coke
