Tom never gets brought up when people mention the most massive strongmen, I thought at 2023 worlds in SC he was more impressively large than brian, his shoulders were massively wide and high

yikes. i am still recovering from a log lift that messed up my back. id done the lift at body weight (230 pounds) a million times before and this one time idk what happened. I felt only a little off when cleaning it but i thought it was like a pseudocramp or something that ive felt in different ways before. but when i dipped and pressed i felt and hear a pop in my back and it hurt like the dickins for about 6 hours before I went to the hospital. it was a bulging disc and it was partially fractured. it was the thoracolumbar junction disc and let me tell you... not fun. Ive decided not to do anything overhead anymore that is more than half body weight just to protect myself from anymore injury and i dont compete or anything so its mostly for the strength and fitness of it all. but yeah when Liz said she likes overhead stuff, just kind hurt my feelings some lol JK.
