When the real estate photography video gets into the Feds and interest rates you know it’s thorough! Great video and really good information. Thank you as always!

Hi Nathan. Another excellent video, mate! I love that you pulled no punches here, and just told the facts straight up. It's not the lack of the marketing, it's the lack of quality for your current clients. 👊🏻

Great analizes! Higher quality work will be more wanted - like in the wedding industry now (after the times when everyone with DRSL was a weddingphotograher). Go on Nathan with more lessons :D

Thanks Nathan. How would you address a client that will not share your name with other agents in the area?

You're very welcome. I'd consider that an anomaly -- an exception, not the rule. Successful realtors -- the ones you want to work with -- thrive on networking, which includes sharing info about their vendors. Being tight-lipped and secretive is a sign of insecurity, which will manifest in other ways to clients and colleagues who could otherwise help them succeed. So I wouldn't address this with the client; instead, put your efforts toward the majority of clients who know what it takes to be successful: those who network, and, most importantly, are confident enough in themselves to promote their standout vendors when someone needs a referral.

    Hi Nathan.
I was a very popular real estate photographer in SE PA for 10 years shooting 300 + houses a year. I decided to retire to FL (Orlando area, Celebration to be exact) and want to build up a client base here. Any ideas that might help me?

Moving a service business out of state means starting over again, so my advice would be to rewind to where you were 10 years again and reboot.

Maybe this is just me but.... I have found that most of the realtors I have worked with rarely list a house and they spend almost all their time selling other agents listings. I am starting to think this is quite common and it makes it more difficult to get that repeat business, at least for me. Any thoughts on this?

Experienced realtors, good realtors, the ones you want to work with, get listings. Anyone can get a realtor's license and represent a buyer, but for someone to trust a realtor to sell their home, and for that agent to close a representation deal, is a whole different ballgame. There might be more buyer-represented agents than listing agents in your area, but either way, you want to go after the 13% like I talk about in my other video at ruclips.net/video/bKdgosTJQ7Q/видео.html I think if you take some time to study the content in that video it will shed a lot of light on what clients you should go after, and why you are likely hitting a wall, going nowhere, if you are trying to go after others.
