Dude makes everything look amazing, a real pro. It may be worth noting that everything he talks about in his videos takes a LOT of practice. Don't be discouraged if your videos don't look as great as his on the first attempt. It doesn't only take a steady hand but also a perceptive eye. Achieving either, let alone both, is very difficult in the beginning.
Okay but not great techniques. Tilting down gives a warped perspective. Phone footage is okay. Personally I use a Blackmagic 6k pro with a DJI ronin, Rhino slider etc. Much more high end.
Chiming in a little late to agree with this comment. I've had a GoPro for years and my first bits of footage were garbage. Years later my shots look a lot more like his. Don't get discouraged. Everybody gets better.

I love the simplicity of this! No big rigs or fancy gear! Just skill and professionalism! Goes to show that it’s what is behind the camera that matters! Awesome tutorial and video!
I couldn’t agree more Micky Bizzle, so many people assume you need lots of fancy equipment to get professional looking results but this simply isn’t the case. A bit of skill and knowledge goes a very long way 👌
I still remember the first video that I stumbled upon this channel a year ago. From there, I watched and practice your video tips on every chance I get until it resulted me in being a freelance videographer. And yet, you just saved me with this video right about when I got a real estate shooting coming up tomorrow. Thanks again man! 😄
Magnificent skills with just one tool, your iPhone - Bravo!! I’m just starting out doing property videos and you have provided me massive incentive to improve my skills. It just goes to show you don’t need to invest in loads of equipment to get results like in this video. Thank you so much!
I laugh when realtors and brokers say you "need" a full frame camera and every other piece of equipment. They are such camera snobs because they lack shooting & editing skill. I will shoot properties with an iPhone - wide angle lens and a Go Pro 10 when the market picks up in the spring. Excellent work by a true pro! 👍📱
Phenomenal. One of the most practical and helpful video tutorials for a newer agent with minimal budget just getting into video. Thank you for sharing to your expertise! The manner in which you shot yourself showing how to do the shot and then what it looks afterward was just perfect.
Best recommended for me since I am a Real Estate Agent here in the Philippines...to all videos i watch this video love me most.. straight to the point, simple but very clean and so professional😊😊😊 Thank you so much..I would love to apply your video tutorial tips❤
I watched this video one year ago the first time and it changed the way I was shooting and cutting my videos. Watched it again after all that time to see if I apply all these techniques. Every time I learn something new or if your videos. Amazing and thanks for sharing! Happy new year to you!
Practice makes perfect Daniel Lee, My videos didn’t always look like this. Keep putting into practice what you’ve learnt and you’ll get the look you’re after 🎥👌good luck my friend
Learn Online Video thank you ! Would it be possible to do a video where you deep dive into the hand motions use to achieve the tilt up and tilt down shots? Find it extremely difficult to make a tilt u or tilt down motion while doing a crane / pull/push at the same time, even with a gimbal.
Excellent. Even on TV big budget channel productions, sometimes I turn away because the footage is swinging all around the room making me dizzy to watch and it's so fast I can't see the details of the room. These tips are greatly appreciated. Bravo, you are a pro!
Really good techniques, many of which I'm using. I film empty properties, which has it's hazards, I found it risky with just holding a phone, went onto a selfie stick and now I'm using a Gimbal which I find is safer. Combining these tips and others you've mentioned I'm now making better videos...
Hello I liked your videos very much and all the shots you had. I liked all the videos from iPhone without handle and plus handle. You are a really great and amazing photographer. Whatever your way of drawing and teaching, the way you teach photography, I really liked it. Brother you are really great photographer thank you we learn a lot. From your channel,, thank you.
An amazing video! Thank you! I watched your video for tips the evening before a last minute job came in as the person who was supposed to shoot cancelled, and the results were outstanding and WAY better than the videos by the other person. I charged $2k for a days work + editing, and now have another 10 jobs booked! Apparently I make real estate videos now 😆
Wow! Im so Lucky I found your channel, I simply love all your videos, simple, minimalistic, yet the results are so clean, crisp, precise and amazing!! Thanks so much!
Thanks for those tips. I am constantly on the look out on how to improve my real estate videos, however, I have tried hand held iPhone, but I find the use of a gimble greatly improved my stability, especially during the walking. I have heavy feet haha. All the same thanks, great work.
These tips are just great! And I really like that your videos aren't super long, but still so much good information. Happy I found this channel! Actually it's not always much about expensive gears it's about creativity.
