RDF I’m through the intro of your video and as Chelsea fan I hope what I’m about to watch is exactly how they play because I successfully created his tactics and it took me a season and half to get it right. No new signings, no simulation. All games have been played on comprehensive highlights.
You are getting extremely good at replicating these on FM. Appreciate how you can put your Arsenal bias aside and still get enthusiastic about a Chelsea tactic
Most impressive trait I've found with Maresca is that he sets Chelsea up slightly different for every game, depending on how he expects the opposition to play, he's not too stubborn in his philosophies that they need to play one style and never falter. Last 3 games, Southampton, Villa and Leicester, he has made small tweaks to exploit the opposition. Then if something isn't working in game, he will call players over and make small tweaks. Like against Southampton, the first 15minutes, the press from the front wasn't working, and they could play out from the back, so he changed it and forced them to play down the middle and make errors.
@@tealsquare exactly, haven't seen Chelsea prioritise crosses this season but then heard the commentators say Brentford conceded two late goals from crosses a few weeks back so makes sense now.
Would interesting if you can replicate arsenal corner set pieces because the seemed to almost score half of their goals from set pieces, for example today against Manchester United, 2-0 by 2 headers
RDF! Great tactic as always. I would like to ask for an Andoni Iraola tactic since Bournemouth are doing great IRL and have such a different and unique play style! Thanks for the content!
Great vid RDF! I think the only changes I noticed would be the full back roles swapped around, cucurella always seems to invert to the midfield more and James or who ever is RB becomes that back 3, and I would also make the LCB a Stopper as Colwill always seems to be aggressive and man mark the striker, either tactical foul or win the ball back to stop counters. I think another variant that we have seen is when Chelsea purposely play with a double pivot and cucurella acts as a more traditional full back, being that extra wide player and then the left winger tucks inside as another 10 to create a box that way. Enzo set up like that when he played Leicester a couple of games ago
Hey RDF, can you please create a dual-striker system tactic? I have 2 18 year old wonderkid strikers who are both ready for the first team and I don't want to drop any of them. I would appreciate it.
Palmer's role is definitely more like a Trequartista imo, especially when you hear Maresca describe his role as the "Free" role where occupies space all across the attack and up top.
very good tactic. but sometimes Maresca changes his player position, if he uses Caicedo & Lavia as a double pivot, then one of the fullbacks will be at #10 when in possession (Enzo's position in this video). Well, I haven't tried how to do it on FM (maybe using WB Att - Narrow) 😂I like your content my bro
Came across this chelsea tactic so going to give it a try. Is it the rdfs enzo maresca or rdfs enzo maresca (1st version) what’s the difference between them. Worst would you suggest to use as a alternative formation to mix things up as you have this tactic and away to harder teams
RDF can i Switch the sides of the IFB and IWB if I Switch the sizes i need do change my Wingers and the side of segundo volante too? i love this tatic i love how this tatic works
I should have in the video but conscious of my yapping lol so that tweak was made during the season as I felt I started to concede to many through balls - press started to get played through easily
Usually it's cucurella that's the inverted wingback, can you change the duties between him and james or do you have to change a lot more to make the tactic work?
@ As a Turk, I have always followed you and still do. Your videos and tactics are very impressive. I have a request from you. Can you build Benitez's Liverpool tactic for me? I am sure this tactic will get a lot of interaction.
@@EliteHoops034 not using “play out from defence” doesn’t mean you don’t. As shown in the clip. We don’t clear the ball but neither do Chelsea have 7/8 players dropping to play out. Chelsea attacking 4 stays high. Chelsea keeper has launched 150 goal kicks this season - showing they will go long if have to. Comparison to Tottenham, only launched 34 goal kicks as they religiously play out. Play out from defence would cause the team to drop - not getting Palmer or Enzo in correct positions. Using Ball playing defender and sweeper keeper will ensure we play out
@RDFTactics I'll try to use the tactics but I will use play out from defence and I will try to us number 10 as a trequartista and see what's going to happen 😂😂
*This was HEAVILY requested! I hope you amazing people enjoyed the video* 👍 *Leave a comment for algorithm and hit like you enjoyed it* ❤

True...and suddenly against Brentford, they bombarded the defence with crosses and scored from it. It's quite interesting to watch.

Lavia looks world-class in Maresca's system
Hopefully (not hopefully as I support Arsenal haha), he can stay fit. He looks a special talent
@RDFTactics will this work on mobile version too? Please respond
Can I just say THANK YOU for the support and engagement on this video. Very much appreciated ❤

Your spot on this session is so different more attacking we need to keep going until the last game of the season

I can't even dreamt about this moment last year.. And look where we are so far... Maresca's definitely doing something right... 🔵🔵🔵
thank you RDF as a chelsea fan I have been awaiting this I love maresca ball

Yeah, that box formed from the LW tucking in is used when Felix plays on the LW, since he is an natural AM

Sean Dyche and Big Sam noises in the distance. 4 - 4 - FUCKING - 2.
It's so helpful seeing this work on fm!
would love to see a Conte Napoli (4-2-3-1) or a Gasperini tactic!
Conte's especially is looking special right now!

3m41s That chip from Palmer against Pickford was mad
Good one brother
Everyone's looking world best in Moresca's system 💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥👊👊👊

Marti cifuentes qpr tactics when he first joined last season
I’m using this tactic but I’ve switched the roles the other way round since it’s more accurate for Chelsea

What are your camera angle settings for the 3D highlights
Legend
van Nistelrooy’s Leicester tactic next pls mate
Which game or app is this bro

Thank you for reminding me! Link there (classicfootballmanager.com/)
You should do a atlanta tactics they on fire this season
RDF can i Switch the sides of the IFB and IWB if I Switch the sizes i need do change my Wingers and the side of segundo volante too? i love this tatic i love how this tatic works
Did you just switch the IfB and IWB over or did you have to swap the wingers and cm too?
Is it possible to create a hybrid tactic on fm. Set up in a 523 out of possession but 433 in possession.
Great video, which skin did you use?
@@ElijahKaneki WTS GOLD!
used this tactic on fm, lost 5-1 to liverpool, they had 30 shots 12 on target while i had 4 and 4 on target.
Could you do a Ruud Leicester tactic please
caciedo and cucu was crucial in this tactic
Hey RDF

Could u explain your choice to use drop off a bit more? U didn't really say anything about it in the video, thanks!

How about a "How Farioli revived Ajax" vid? 😏
What a final😅
You need too add instruction for any role player
what game is this
Thiago Motta 4-2-3-1 tactic pls
What’s the mentality! ?
Attacking (mainly because it just works best - realistically, I'd say control)
Usually it's cucurella that's the inverted wingback, can you change the duties between him and james or do you have to change a lot more to make the tactic work?
I was also thinking this. I think it will still work pretty good he will fill the space left by enzo cole will still drift right
2nd after yesterday
No "Play Out from Back?"
Is a Kompany Tactic in your plans?
Vicent Kompany 4-3-2-1 tactic
Why is my chance creation with this so bad, the possession ain’t good either
Uh that's second in the table after 7 changes mid week my friend.
New gianluca vialli
I dont know why your tactics doesn't work for me
