i did 9 weeks in UK prison system, (later proved not-guilty), but can say the officers I met were real good men, who put me at ease and made the stay bearable.
This was fascinating. I really think that it's a shame that Sam isn't still in the service. He is human and warm but nobody's fool. He also has a lovely dog !!!!

Am a ex con who has changed and when away met a few officers like yerself who were firm but fair and can tell you was 1 of them respect and it’s officers like yerself who helped guided me through the bad times all the best.👍

Due to my work I was very close to this incident. I can't say too much but I understand that Stapleton had a familial association with a certain family and had been given a pistol to take care of. He was out with his mates on Boxing Day morning, and they came across some Indian students outside Mc.Ducks in Salford. He shot one in the face cos 'he had the biggest head'.
He then got a teardrop tattoo on his face the next day.
He gave his name in court as Psycho Stapleton.

He wasn't out with anyone. He's got the gun off the twins to mind. Had told people he was going to do it that night. Went home got the gun shot him. Lived on Ordsall when it happened. It was early hours Christmas day.
Remember this horrific crime 😢terrible shame the death penalty wasn’t around, remember the victim parents coming over to the uk so sad 😞.🙏

How do Mr Sam ....never tire of hearing your honest heartfelt recolle ctions from what can be the worst place in the world at times but always made me laugh how some ' gangsters ' blade and gun merchants absolutely crumbled from sweat box to reception to assoce' to the yard.....absolute bag if nerves.......funny..... I was NEVER a gun merchant nor bladesmith even when bandits were after killing me ( cocky confident football thug ......and proud ) just my heart and experience which proved priceless......I actually believe the fact that where ever I went even on my own I had my football brothers with me......which tipped the scales in my favour like you wouldnt believe....all you need us love in tour heart .........🤗
