When you talk of younger prison officers...my local prison in inverness was always known as a quiet prison. Hardly ever was there fights, drug, and weapons. Now inverness prison is full of younger prison officers. The prison is full of drugs and weapons. I'm not saying that's all down to the prison officers. But as you pointed out about young officers. Makes sense
