Short answer is NO.
Lencapavir's mechanism of action is to stop the HIV virus.
As things stands, it is not active towards hepatitis, herpes or HPV.

It does NOT cure HIV.
For HIV positive individuals - It can be used as an add-on to bring your viral load down if your existing treatment is failing.
For HIV negative individuals - It protects you for getting HIV if you are at high risk of acquiring it. For Eg: Sex workers who do not use protection. Note: This approach is still being studied in trials.
