Wow that is a very unfortunate set of infections. I would follow the BHIVA guidelines and go for 2 NRTIs (one should be Tenofovir) once daily + protease inhibitors (Twice daily) if tolerated. In the real world doctors, pharmacists and virologists would sit down as a multidisciplinary team and come up with an appropriate ARV combination. This is the standard practice in the UK. Hope this is helpful 🙏🏽

@@Changeyourhabits30 resistance only Happens if you don’t take your medication correctly or on time. As long as you take your meds daily, you’ll be fine. Life expectancy should be near normal if you maintain an overall healthy lifestyle i.e eat healthy, exercise, and avoid drinking and smoking. 🙌🏽

I believe you are referring to Lenacapavir. Those results were published for its use in PrEP, that is preventing HIV and not for treating HIV. Also Lenacapavir is still in Trials so will wait until it gets licensed.
